Exercise caution when dealing with this business. They lack an understanding of good customer service, and both the owner, Barend Botha, and the assistant, Krystal, are *********. Work with them at your own risk.
MFC took a motor insurance policy on my behalf for reasons I am not aware of as i have sent proof of insurance to them numerous time ( I have proof of all the emails) Eventually the policy was canceled however no refund has been received, this happened in April 2023 and I am required to call the help desk with the same response received daily " Apologies ma'am we understand your frustration, we currently working on this matter" Worst service ever! Agents and the team leaders (Jacolene) not helpful whatsoever. I do not recommend anyone to finance their cars with MFC, bad idea. Regards
Occupied a unit under i grow for more than a year and when i left my account was still debited, when you call for assistance you sent from peter to post, The lady by the name of Lerée very racist and not considerate to clients/customers. Avoid igrow rentals at all costs hope this will help someone not make the same mistake i did with this company
Bought a new car and made arrangements with Cartrack for the Re/De installation of the tracker device , the tracker divice was successfully removed from my old car and i have been waiting for 2 weeks for the unit to be reinstalled in my new car. I have been calling the scheduling department everyday, no help received. I do not recommend this company, they quick to sell products but do not deliver. Regards
Took a contract phone with Telkom 4 months later the phone is giving me problems, I called the contact centre spoke to a lady by the name of Sinazo, the conversation started off nicely but when I started asking questions about why am I being charged for this service when my phone is still under warranty she hang up. Telkom consultants want to shift the blame on me as to why the phone is giving problems instead of taking ownership and investigating the issue at hand, I am told there is a possibility that during repairs my phone might come back with more issues which I will also be charged to get the issues resolved. I am utterly disappointed with the procedure and finding myself at a cross road with no direction to take. Please can I ask for the above to me disclosed at the time when consultants are selling the products to us. Thank you Fikile
Placed an order online and requested for Debonairs Chris Hani to deliver at my house, 2 hours later I call to confirm the estimated delivery time, to my surprise I am told no order has been placed under my name, I give them the order number received by email after payment, still nothing reflects. I am huge lover of Debonairs pizzas and really disappointed with the service rendered, please can I have my refund as the store cannot assist as no order was received. Thank you Fikile Can some

I registered with Mancosa in April for January intake, i opted for the 9 months payment plan, which i have been paying from date of registration. Now first semester has passed and am awaiting results and i am informed my account is in arrears, how is my account in arrears when 9 months has not passed and i have not missed my monthly payments, the letter received after registration stated i have to pay the full amount by Nov/Dec. Can someone please explain how this works as the student advisers are very rude and not helpful. Thank you Fikile
Zero communication, no study materials no refund but money is debited, when requesting to cancel my the contract, the lady assigned to assist me is on leave for the past 3 week!!!!!!!
i called to confirm if my documents where received and asked for directions to come collect<br> and a guy by the name of lucky who was supposed to be helping me got irate, and irritated <br> and started giving me attitude when i couldn't understand the directions he was giving me. bad customer service
