On the 12-01-2025 i place an order for two cellphones from their website and pay the transaction through my bank card. the transaction went through successfully. On the 26-01-2025 i send an email asking when am i going to receive my order because it has passed the delivery date, A response from Ridwa, was that there was a slight delay of my shipment, but the shipment has arrived, they 'll make sure my goods are delivered on the 31-01-2025 which was Friday. Tuesday the 04-02-2025 i receive a respond after asking for my order, The same person send me a message informimng me about her sincerest apologies for the situation regarding my purchase, after they escalate to their Shopping team, they were advised that they were unfortunately no longer able to supply the item I bought, because they were removed all mobile phones from their website. They will process a full credit for the items i have paid for. I ask her to refund my money because i dont understand what they were trying to tell me because they failed to deliver it on Friday now they send me a messega to tell they no longer have the item from their shop. On the 04-02-2025 i receive an email notifying me about a gift card to the total of R2398.00. On 06-02-2025 i send her/him an email informing her/him that i dont need a gift card because on my account with Hyperli there is no option to convert that gift card to cash where i can withdraw or transfare it to my bank account. i didnt get a respond to her/him. On the 10-02-2025 i send a message to their email address informing them i dont want a gift card but my money transfared to my bank account number which i paid for the items purchased. The response was they do their best to resolve my query. They are not saying anything about refunding my money i paid.
I paid the subscription on the 30-04-2024. and on the 1st May-2024 they withdraw the subscription payment from my bank. It was double the payment they receive. I lodge a refund requisition with them, i send them the document with banking details of the transaction i did online on my bank app. Today i receive a call from a consultant that they need my banking statement. I ask the consultant that why they need my banking statement, as i was not applying for credit from them, I was only asking for a refund. the consultant didn't answer my question, she just told me that i won't get payment because i didn't submit the statement. But I submitted the banking transaction details that i receive from online app from my Nedbank that happened on the 30-04-2024 which is the same thing that is on the statement. They refuse to refund my money base on the statement.
Membership No. 05200977907 There is a bill which wasn't paid by the above medical aid, which the practitioner handed me over to credit people to execute me for paying the money. I send Sizwe an email to explain to me why was the bill not paid. 1. the practitioner got a confirmation code from the medical to perform his/her duty. Secondly I don't inter-react with the billing of any practitioner who perform his/her duties, the medical aid does. Why they didn't pay and not inform me about their action, as a paying member to the medical aid. Now I'm a defaulter to the credit bureau for something which is beyond my control. I need the medical to pay the practitioner concern so for him to be off my back. I don't interreact with doctors or practitioners bill payments. I pay my Medical Aid each and every month because I'm contracted to my employment for fulltime, which I cannot miss my payment. If they want me to terminate my medical aid contract, by refusing to pay service provider. I'm oblige to terminate my medical aid. Acc No. 10533532 I'm been handed over to creditworks for account which is been paid each an every month. After payment, Capitec Bank send payment confirmation to them for verification. They ignore everything capitec does. I send them all monthly payments made to their ABSA account with confirmation letters from capitec. Still I mean nothing taking those initiatives of informing them about all payments. I contacted creditworks with the same problem they refer me back to Netstar, I don't get any help from them, they just referred me back to creditworks, I'm sick and tired of Altech Netstar attitude. They don't even bother to do their work of checking if I'm wrong or write, all I get is attitudes by employees. Secondly I'm not contacted if something is wrong on my car, I get a message of violation, for what reason they don't bother to ask, they don't bother to know what's wrong, I got the panic button which doesn't work at all. I press it to see if it works inside the police station to show to the officer whom I was trying to show him how useless is this Altech nestar tracking is. Because they stole my battery and the sms message I receive was "violation" they didn't bother to call and find out what's happening. The tracking option I took ,it is top of the range. But not for me. I'm sick and tired of Useless Altech Netstar Packing at their officers not tracking. I'm not gonna renew the contract when it ends in September 2020. I send and email to tymebank for assistance in getting my money back which was paid to RCS Loans on the 13/12/2019. Because I didn't know that RCS are scammers. I thought it was a legitimate business. all to find that they are scamming people. Up to today I receive nothing from tymebank. it's so useless to put your money where it's not protected at all.
I applied for a loan from RCS in november. the application was approved and there was a fee of 6989.10 to be paid for attorneys fees for drafting the documents. I paid the amount and suddenly there was another email informing me that I should pay another 11000.00 for insurance purpose. it's no where in all the documents I received states that I should pay that amount. Now I lost my money without Tymebank helping me to recover my money. I ask Tymebank to recover the money because it was paid from their account, up to today they are saying nothing to me.RCS are not contacting me any more. please inform the public about RCS that they are scammers.
Someone already have the problem I'm having with rain. Money already deducted from my account but the service is not in operation. I've been talking, writing emails to deaf ears. What should I do, open a case of fraud against Rain. I have exhausted all avenues talking to them,
Today I had a bad experience from the hospital. My son was referred to Medforum Private Hospital by the doctor who examine him at Wisani Medical Centre. The doctor called me at work and explain the problem my son is having, I must come immediately to fetch him and straight to Medforum. I left my work and straight to fetch my son and his mother and straight to Medforum. I reach Medforum at 20h40. He was admitted, I took him to ward g at seven floor. he was given a bed and I singed documents acknowledging her admission. I stay with his mother in the ward. Round about 23h45. my son was crying. and the sister came to check him and started talking to us, asking what's wrong with my son. I said he doesn't want to sleep. The next minute she told me my son is making noise for other children because they want to sleep. I ask her if we were not around, what would happen, she told me they'll just take him out of the cord bed to the front. I said nothing and she left and my son was still crying. it was 00H25 the other sister or nurse came to me and ask if I'm going to stay, I told her yes because I want to speak to the doctor when she comes, she told me I'm not allowed to stay, I ask her were is that stated, she gave me an a4 paper, the last paragraph states that one parent should be present, and ask me to leave the ward. I told her, why is she showing me that paper at that time, she never answer me. I told her I don't want to waist petrol going up and down because I need to see the doctor with my sons problem, the very same problem he was discharged from the hospital two weeks ago. she told me to leave the ward and go sleep outside the hospital. Mind you I'm the father, its my medical aid they gonnna charged. I'm the one who brought him there. but I'm treated like a hoobo leaving on the street and my son annoise other children with his crying. I have to drive from Pretoria to my home in Ga-Rankuwa at that time. im not allowed to check on my son 's progress. What an evening.
Policy 4378291 (4319557) Home Owners Insurance HOC by sa homeloans, I need help to where I should take my matter. They force this insurance into us. My question to them is, how can they insured a property without the owner not having electrical certification to confirm that the house doesn't have electrical defects that can cause fire. They are refusing to terminate this insurance, please ask them to email me the copy of electrical certificate, since moving into the house I haven't receive one up to today.
I'm disappointed by Capitec Bank Quagga Centre in Pretoria West. money is withdrawn from my account by AVG technologies, which I'm not a member and didn't subscribe for anything from them. They deducted R802.70 and said its subscription. I went to the bank for the money to be reversed, I was shock to hear that they cannot help me to reverse the money, but they will investigate and it will take seven days. I ask the consultant to call the manager whom he/she was not reluctant to come and sort this mess out. instead the consultant called the a number and sick help to clear this matter, she was told they cannot help her and ask to relate this message to me. I should wait seven day to clear this matter. I ask the consultant how is it possible for those people to access my account and withdraw funds without my authorization or approval. She couldn't answer me, I ask her to contact the manager and the manager told her she is busy, she never pitch up to hear my story. This is fraud, daylight robbery with help of the bank. they care less with their clients because we flock to capitec and they no longer care.
