This Company is seriously the worst when coming to prescribed letters i have requested the letter the 7th of March to to avail i have send numerous emails and phone calls and they are just not sorting it out
Device Bought 21/04/2020 cash - No Longer the property of Rugged SA 09/11/2020 repair booked My husband's phone just threw a black screen so we took the phone back it was still under warranty they booked the phone in and let me know they are going to fix it under warranty my husband then went to the store to explain to them he can not do without a phone because he works with his phone they then have a loan for him phone given because they could not for his wane his phone was going to be complaining, the last week in december my husband got very hurt at work fell from scaffolding because he had a blackout little did we know it was going to change our life's forever the borrowed phone had been in his pocket and then cracked the screen last week when i called to hear how far they are with my husband's phone when they told me the phone was repaired on the 3rd dec already i had did not receive such an email it went to my spam box when I talked to the lady I told her what happened and I also told her that the borrowed phone cracked She Adviced she will call me back called me back and said hey will treat the device like a repair that is 100% correct not once did i say i pay for it I told her over the phone I did not have the money now my husband had been in hospital for 2 weeks and we had to buy him an oxygen machine last week which he now has to permanently be and believe me for a man of 30 one does not want to hear such things I told the woman I will come in on Saturday the 6th i got there I gave her device in the box will all accessories she came back with the sim card gave to me and then told me that it will be all for now then I asked her if I could please get the other phone then she refused to to give me our R4000 phone and it wants to compare with 1400 phone it does not make sense at all I explained to her our situation she blatantly refused and said that they did us a favor to fix his phone Well that's a lie because it was and still is under warranty) At this point of time I asked her I am looking for the contract that my husband signed for the loan phone and they could not give any evidence so my question is how do they give a client a loan phone without him signing something so technical and i'm sure that that alone already is no leg on to steel a cash paying customers device my husband did not sign to take responsibility then all damages were voided and then she came to lie to me and said they do not get the copy at this point I told her but there is not going to be one because there was nothing signed they refused to give me my phone unless I pay 1400 I do not have that kind of money I have 4 children my husband's hours are cut how should I make because if I do not have money I can certainly not **** it out, then ask a dark-headed woman who really tried to make everything better told me the management said I should put down a 700 deposit then I told them I did not have that class of money I had 40 in the bank i was advice well go home and think of a way forward. i Tried contacting the CEO Jacques Els and o boy doesn't even have the guts to answer a person so he probably thinks he is better than everyone else well CEO's of Rugged let me advice you nothing in this world makes you a better person then ME For your Staff to treat me like that in front of my 5 year old i will be ashamed and i will never ever recommend anyone to buy from you guys ever you Stole a phone and took the loan phone so know you have your phone back and stole a customers phone and how to you clarify this behavior if your staff thinks it's ok to treat people that supports your company like this then i suggest you seriously start looking and getting your staff trained on people skills. I am Very Very Upset with MTN I am a loyal contract customer on Saturday i went back to MTN to add a new contract of R600 to my existing one, First they refued to give me the special with the 32inch TV because already 1000 Customer took it, but stranger 27/ 11/2018 94.7 was still advertising it on the radio. You work it out spending total of all my contracts will be about R40k they had a lucky drawing in the shop and we got 1 of the 3 black ***** they gave my son a R30 Sticker after the ladies eyes went so big and then she disappeared coming back with the sticker REALY!!! I Send the Social media team a message go a response from Thato asking my details now my messages gets ignored i don't get any response from any one if i ever knew the service would be this bad i would never have gotten any contracts from MTN.
I am seriously fedup with telkom service they put me on itc after cancelling my land line take note was not a contract in 2017 feb 2018 i find out i was listed on itc for an outstanding amount i phoned then they say no the account is closed and i dont ow them anything so i ask for a paid up letter that the call centre send through to the back office i phoned the backoffice number due to the emergency of the letter that i need the lady was so rude and tell me we dont to paid up letters any more go to a telkom store so i tried to explain to her i dont have transport she said its not my prb go to the store racists thats what she is because i am talking nice she thinks she has the authority to treat customers like **** i will never recoment telkom to anyone they are useless
My husbands vehicle finance is with standard bank after 1 year me trying to find out what the balance is of the car i found out its with legal for some reason as we have been paying everymonth after R1000 airtime i eventually found the attorney's and contacted them myself still no help or 1 phone call from standardbank i paid the amount that was in arrears and 1 week later out of the blue standardbank phoned me and tells me the account is in arrears again woth R8000 i almost had a hard attack i spoke to a Bronwynwho promised to sort it out its been 2 weeks no answer on land line number and not responding to my emails he saod it was legal fees and i dont understand as i was the one phoning after them not once t Did they tell me the account was handed over so now my calls are being ignored i tried e-mailing and phoning bronwyns mannager same story no ander and no response to emails what **** service my husband bought the car in 2011 and they say we still ow R54000 on the car on a car that was R175000 including interest in 2015 i took over payments out of my own bank account the balance was R64000 to date i made payments of R30650 and they say i still own R54000 some where they cant calculate please no one wants to sort it out and i am not waisting my time or airtime anymore
I have a dpp contract with the explorer for 799 no fee change for 2 years all inclusive recording the hole package last night I check my statement to see they double charge on access and all the extras I paid almost 1000 on dpp this month are you guys insane I have a budget to work with and I know I wound get my money back you steel people money with out them even knowing sort out my account or ill go to the broadcast complains commision
