I took a loan out with ABSA and signed the quote and emailed it to them. I phoned and asked how far they are and they tell me each time that they will contact me. I have never had an issue with ABSA but would like to know whats happening. i can be contacted on **********
yesterday at about 5:30 i was called regarding my online application. i applied about a week ago already and was only called yesterday. When i was called the lady on the other end of the line asked me to confirm my gross income, net income and deductions. When i told her that i cannot confirm because i dont have that information on me because its already in the evening of the day she had attitude towards me saying that my application will be declined and what not. when i told her that i was going to complain because its already been a week and she is phoning me in the evening regarding information which i dont have on me she put the phone down in my ear. the manner in which she spoke to me was very unacceptable. if this is how i am going to be treated and i am a first time customer, i will rather not choose to join your network.
I received a 40 gig wifi router whereby they advertise for R299. I also have another contract for my cell phone which is R199 my debit order are suppose to be about R500. On Friday thei debitted over R1000 which i have no clue is about. I phoned them Friday and gave me a terrible excuse. This is really poor service and would like my money back which they took off my account.
<p>Yesterday morning Loan Picker SA debited R429.00 off my account. I have no idea why. To my knowledge i tried applying for a loan and no money was received nor did i use any of their services. This matter is very frustrating and i would like my money back as this is unnacceptable. this is fraud!! this is STEALING!!! This matter needs to be taken further and i will do my utmost best untill i receive my money back.</p>
<p>This morning a debit order of R429.00 was made off my account, I phoned ABSA bank And they gave me a number and a name of who the people or company is. Apparently they are called Live Zone Trading and their number is ********** . I tried phoning and nobody answers the phone. Either my bank or this company needs to sort this issue out as this is unacceptable.</p>
<p>On April the 7th 2016 i sent the following email to the following I&J email addresses ********** and ********** saying the following, </p> <p>"Last night I was eating your crumbed fish fillet portions and as I took a bite a finger nail or a tooth was in the fish and ended up in my mouth. I have never had this problem before and we buy a lot of your fish products but this is really a cause for concern. I was honestly disgusted to have pulled that out my mouth once taking a bite. I have taken pictures last night and also of the box and the product number and so forth, just please be aware of what is in your fish. It would be appreciated if something could be done about this."</p> <p>To this day nobody has ever responded to my email to apologise or to do something about it. this is very frustrationg and i feel the clinets needs are not met here nor is the clients complaints heard.</p>
I phoned Cell C asking for a sim swop to be done, i was told i need to get a new sim card which is Rica'd which took me 2 weeks to wait for. My previous phone was stolen so i didnt have a phone for these 2 weeks. once i finally got a rica'd sim card which cost me R20 i phoned in to cell c again and i was told the i didnt need a rica'd sim card. then i had to go and get another sim card which cost me R5. then i phoned in again and was told the sim swop would take 24 hours which is clearly did not because when i phoned in again they said it will be done in the next 15 min. no, it didnt work so i phoned in once again and was told i need to open up a new case which i was told that will take me another 24 hours. this is pathetic and i want this to be sorted. i have been sitting without a phone and wasted alot of time money, but im still going to get debited R50 for the sim swop which has not happened yet. After all the phone call time i have used and buying sim cards and everything I am the one getting billed??????
