HORRENDOUS NIGHTMARE Paid immediately, but fridge/freezer did not work.They did come back a couple of times,said they fixed it, but hours later, wasn't cooling or freezing.Six month guarantee absolutely worthless.I have decided to teach them a lesson and sue them.It will cost them a lot more than a simple refund-refund plus their legal costs plus my legal costs.LEKKER !!!!!
Like the other reviewers, the 6 month guarantee didn't last 6 hours.No refund, of course.But my wife is an advocate, so I followed her advice and got my attorneys to claim a refund and legal costs, so it should cost them a lot more than a simple refund.
Ordered an LTE setup and paid on 28 RICA'd the same day.Sept.Nearly 2 months later and have heard nothing, despite queries.I have no Whatsapp and, considering they are an internet provider, there is no facility to contact them via e-mail.Phoned today and waited 10 minutes for call to be answered.After raising my query, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, after which the guy came back and asked how he could help me.I will be closing my account soon.
Customer service is zero, even after loan being fully paid with no missed payments.All I want is the registration certificate in their possession.I am expected to jump through many hoops and they even expect me to pay them for locating the certificate.

Missing accessory bought from online retailer.Retailer blamed Mellerware who was blamed for supplying false description.Retailer was helpful but could get no support from Mellerware. So Mellerware and Binuns online have lost a good future customer[as well as his friends and family] for an accessory worth about R100. Since Mellerware do not respond to complaints,this review is probably a waste of time for getting a solution,but at least,will warn other potential customers.
Discovery don't seem to pay posted bills.They did not respond to a query about this.We now have to fax so we have proof of submission.
I bought a Samsung washing m/c 8 months ago.The inlet water hose burst this week,filling our kitchen cupboards with water.The customer service representative told me that the hose was only guaranteed for 6 months as it was an \accessory".So I asked why is there a 2year warranty on the machine if the hose is only expected to last 6 months?
