This is the forth time I have purchased veg breyani at the store and found that the food was spoilt. I had the problem again on Tuesday morning and this morning!! All times, I had bought it shortly after opening of the store for consumption straight after. On both days this week I arrived at work and just opening the container released the stench of it being spoilt, with an extremely sour taste! This is rather frustrating and today I did not even bother getting a refund for it! My question is, when is this food actually prepared????? This morning's portion was actually cold, as if it had just been taken out of the fridge so was it prepared yesterday or a few days ago? I doubt that even if it was cooked yesterday, it would leave such a bad taste!!! Is this the standard that Checkers Overport lives??????
Really disappointed with my full body massage (as part of the night spa package) at Mangwanani The Pivot! The young lady was ever so rowdy, pushing and pulling a chair, banging a metal dish/bowl, dragging the container with hotstones etc. She does not know the meaning of tranquility! Her massage technique is basically like "grab, rub and let go"! It was the most unprofessional service I have ever received. When the drums went off, I could feel how relieved she was to just get out of there. Further to this, the bed has a hole in it for the client's face, but that hole is half way blocked by the wooden structure. It wakes it really hard to breath and together with the plastic covering on the mattress, my face was dripping with moisture and sweat when I was done. I am really disappointed by this. I needed a night of relaxation and after enjoying the start of my night, it's not a nice feeling to have left feeling frustrated and irritated :(
Pathetic service from KFC on Malibongwe Drive once again! Whats the point being open 24 hours when you have to wait half an hour before receiving your meal on any night??? I was there once again on the early parts of Sunday morning, ordered dunked wings and snack burgers, waited forever to receive my order and when I eventually did, it did not even look or taste dunked at all!! It was as if it was just placed in some sauce and removed, still tasting pretty dry! All i ended up with was heartburn and vomitting over the next 2 days!
I am appalled by the disgusting service received yesterday afternoon at Simply Asia Fourways Mall!!!! Never have I expected to feel this way about an outlet that is one of my favorites - but I doubt I would ever want to go back! The service received by the cashier Salome (invoice number 42569) was pathetic! She has no customer service s****s whatsoever and I cannot understand how she has been employed to represent your company! Firstly, I arrived at the counter and she looked at my face - I pulled out a menu from the rack on my own and as I was about to order, she called forward the lady behind me and took her order. Her next words to me were "are you ready now?! I placed my order for my favorite sushi (882) and a coke and stated "eat in". I made payment and we proceeded to a table. After waiting half an hour for my order, she raises a packet and just drops it onto the counter saying "your order is ready" and looks away. When I reminded her that we are eating in she very bluntly said "oh well nobody told me - you must learn to talk!" Like what the hell????? My friend got up and fetched it and she then brought another set of chopsticks and simply left it on the table without a word - the least she could do is put on a smile and apologize , or offer to at least plate our meal - or give us bowls for the soy sauce! She did none of this so we just ate our sushi out of the take out containers and I could not wait to get out of there! Furthermore, if you would like to see a picture of the condition in which our order was just dumped into the container and all soggy, I have one to send to you - but you will also see it uploaded on social media. I am seriously disappointed with this event! Never mind the venue is so claustrophobic and cramped, I still chose to be a regular customer here - but I did not expect to be having a "meal" while treated like a bag of ****!!!!
Being a casino, the customer service standards of Monte Casino sucks! Whenever you try to call there is either no answer, you are transferred to the wrong place and when you eventually get to the correct place, there is nobody to pick up the call!!!! I've been trying to get hold of someone from the box office of Pieter Toerien Theatre since yesterday morning to no satisfaction!!!! I came top Monte yesterday evening to get my matter sorted only to find out that they close at 5pm. I called several times this morning and still nobody picks up!!!!! Do you want my business or not?!
<p>I have been trying to get hold of Nomfundo Gugushe (who apparently is the only person who can assist me) since November 2016 with no luck to date!!!! I get transferred to her or call her directly and listen to that annoying music until I am cut off, and she never responds to the numerous messages I leave almost daily for her to call me bac****! </p> <p>What kind of service is this??? Who do we turn to for assistance with our existing vehicle finance??</p> <p>Getting financed by Wesbank is one so efficiently because you want the business but getting the support we need is a flippin mission!!</p>
<p>The communication and service delivery of SADV is quiet taunting!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted SADV 2 weeks ago to notify them that I am going out of town and if my installation can be done before I leave. Arrangements were made after two months of my signup and unfortunately when they got here, it could not be done due the the person living below me not being home and they needed access to the unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was then resceduled, i cancelled all my important arrngements and sat and waited all day but they never pitched and there was nobody I could contact who would confirm if they are coming or not. I am now told that it can probably be done this coming Saturday, when my emails clearly state that I will be out of town - where is the break in communication coming from?????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it such a mission to get this done even after months have passed when my urgency was expressed telephonically and via email!</p> <p>I dont mean to sound unreasonable as I understand that there are certain steps that have to be followed but I have done my part by being considerate and understanding during the arrangement - only to be left disappointed and in an inconveniencing situation!</p> <p> </p> <p>PS: I AM THE CLIENT WHO WILL BE PAYING MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION - IF THIS EVER GETS DONE!! BUT OTHERWISE, YOU CAN KEEP YOUR "SERVICE" AND I WILL FIND OTHER MEANS TO MEET MY NEEDS!</p>
<p>it is always very disappointing that your Dainfern Square store advertises specials but when you get home you realise that you were charged an incorrect price!!!<br />This has happened several times to me and it is too much of an effort to get back to the store to sort it out!<br />Yesterday evening I purchased 2 items which had a yellow sticker on the shelf stating it was somewhere between R18 and R20, I got home to discover I was charged R31.99 each.<br />This is a rip off and occurs continuously!!!!!<br />if you want to charge normal prices, why do you advertise it as specials on the shelf??</p> <p>Everybody should be aware to check their till slips before leaving the store to make sure they are not being ripped off too!</p>
<p>It is quiet disgusting that prostitites parade Montecasino gaming area and become a nuinsance to guests and customers of the complex.</p> <p>Guests go to Montecasino either for their personal entertainment/reasons or on holiday, but cannot enjoy themselves without being approached by prositutes who want to go to hotel rooms or ask for money for food, transport etc!!! Does the casino security not see such things happening?</p> <p>Amongst others, there is one particular middle aged black woman who always hangs around the bank/forex area! She becomes a real pain in the ass by her constant begging for money!</p> <p>She stands close to the counters and I have experienced and observed her approach to people who are cashing in or receiving money.</p> <p>Its not a fun experience and I am disgusted that these people are allowed to do their business without being chase away!</p>
The Montecasino branch of KFC is the worse ever. No matter how many times you report bad experiences on their websit, nobody takes any action or even responds!<br> I am staff at Montecasino so visitting that branch occurs on a regular basis, disappointed everytime by their horrible service and either dry and stale or undercooked chicken which is slimey and red inside!!<br> <br> This evening I arrived at the counter and as usual, there was only one fat woman serving customers while screaming at the top of her voice and speaking to the workers at the back! how professional!!<br> I stood for over 5 minutes, being the only one in the \queue\" while others stood along the counter waiting for their order until this woman eventually asked me \" are you waiting for something?\" to which I responded \" i have been waiting for so long with no help, yet you could see me stand here!\" <br> She asked \"what do you want?\" and when I gave her my order she responded \" we dont have chickeeeen, you must go somewhere else.\" <br> <br> Really!!!! What kind of service is this? <br> I hear people complain about this branch all the time!<br> Management needs to wake up!! "
