If I could give zero stars, I would. They take your money and then cancel the deal. And then they dont want to refund your money. This happened twice at this dealership. The first car I wanted to buy last week- they took the deposit and then I never heard back from sales lady Sonto. I had to ASK for a refund of my deposit as they took my deposit and sold the vehicle to someone else. - I still haven't received my money. The other car- I paid in full- Marks was the salesman here- now they have the same story - they need to "process" my refund first. It's been more than a week since I have made my first payment and I haven't received any refund of my money from them.
Great food! Excellent service! Love the vibe! Stunning decor and interior! Play area for kids is a 10/10!!! Definitely recommend!!!!
Don't go for a spa treatment at Zimbali Mangwanani Spa!!! My appointment was at 11h30 at the pool- I booked a foot massage for me and my daughter which cost us R1100 and we had to pay upfront. At 11h40 no staff member was in sight so I walked up to the spa reception and asked why nobody has arrived for my appointment and they asked me to wait a bit longer as they are on their way. Another hour and a half past!!! So at 13h10 I went up to reception again and they weren't even aware that I wasn't assisted yet!!!! So then my family wanted to leave and that's why I had to ask for a refund which they agreed to but told me I couldn't get the refund there and then and that I will have it paid back in my bank account after 14 days only. This was on the 5th of September 2024. I have made several phone calls and sent emails and IF they respond they have so many excuses!!! It's been more than 3 months and still haven't gotten my money back!!! So don't waste your money!!!! They take your money and then no one pitches for your appointment and then they keep your money!!!! That was 5th of September 2024. I have made many calls and requests and have sent how many emails but still nothing.
The staff members at Astron Vanderbijlpark in Frikkie Meyer Boulevard only help you if your skin colour is black. I pulled in to fill up. There was a car in front of me at the tank in front and I pulled in at the tank behind. I waited and pulled down my window to try to get one of the staff members’ attention. One of them looked me straight in the eyes and walked away. Then another staff member asked me to pull forward because there is a taxi behind me. I pulled forward once the car infront drove away. Once I pulled forward, the same person who looked me straight in the face, went to help the taxi behind me. After a while another staff member walked up to me and told me another black person (who ALSO ARRIVED AFTER me and pulled in next to me at another tank) was first and that they will attend to them first. So I told them that I will contact the manager to report how they only are willing to help black customers. When I called, the phone wasn’t working. So I’ll NEVER fill up at Astron again and will tell everyone I know about my experience.
Vaal Mall Truworths refuse to exchange. They just refuse to help me exchange something I got as a gift. It still has its tags on and in spotless condition. I just want to change it for a bigger size, but they won’t do it because I Dont have the slip. I don’t want a refund. I just want to change the size and I don’t have the slip because I got it as a gift.
Michael and his team deserve a 10 star rating. I phoned Michael after hours on a Friday evening, requesting to help with an urgent move! He helped me within less than 3 minutes - gave me a quote within 2 minutes after sending him my inventory list and assured me that he would load my mothers furniture that Monday (3 days later). They arrived on time (actually early!) and everything was so professionally carried, wrapped, marked and packed! Michael responded to every single WhatsApp I sent (didn’t even have to call) and they were again early to offload the 1400km move. Friendly, helpfull and reliable. This was the best experience I have had with a moving company!!!!!
I bought 2 hallway gates at Baby city and realized they are not wide enough for what I specifically wanted to use them. When I wanted to return them, they refused to give back my R2000. I had to take something else for the value of R2000. Two weeks later I bought a tommee tippee steamer and blender and the machine didn’t want to set to the blending mode when I used it for the first time. When I took it back to exchange for another one,after 2 days, the manager at Baby city told me that she can’t exchange it for me. I need to come back on another day and then it needs to be sent to the supppliers with videos and an explanation on why it does not work and then they will decide if my reasons are valid and then the supplier will refund me or send me another machine. I bought the machine because I need it NOW: I can’t wait 4 weeks for this to be sorted out. All I know is that another R2400 has been spent at a retailer that I won’t support again. I encourage other people to rather shop online for their baby goods than at Baby City.
Paid IN FULL for a travel system in Nov 2019. Still haven’t received it. It’s been more than a year now.....They don’t reply to my mails either.
Don’t order anything from these scammers!!!! I paid for products in July 2020. It’s now December 2020 and I still haven’t received anything. They keep sending me mails with “specials” but they don’t reply to the mail where I ask where my order is!!!!!
I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. If there was a minus hundred, I would rate it minus 100. TERRIBLE service!!!!! RUDE staff and the staff has NO ears. If you ask for white toast, they bring you brown toast. They don’t even bring your whole order. And when you complain they laugh in your face. I am disguisted!!!!! This place sucks! The food is as bad as these people’s attitudes!!! This whole experience makes me want to throw up!!!!!!!
