I attempted to cancel my Nedbank card recently by contacting the help center and following all the necessary procedures. I promptly settled a small outstanding amount as instructed. However, one month later, I am still receiving monthly statements. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I visited the Waterfall Mall branch, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. Surprisingly, their level of competence was even lower than that of the person who initially helped me over the phone. Even worse, Sphelele Tshabalala (working under Ruth Mangena), plainly ignores me (even though he was in charge of cancelling the card). I bought a very expensive Dell laptop early this year. The laptop came with a 4 year pro support warranty and Dell now refuses to honour the warranty as the laptop wasn't bought through them directly.
