We housed our cat Achilles at the cattery while we were in the UK for a month. Achilles has never been away from home and has always been aggressive toward other cats that come onto our property. So, we were a little worried. We collected him today to find him healthy, happy, brushed, clean and well fed (he feels a little fatter to me, LOL). We were also pleased to hear that he was social with other cats at the cattery. Hopefully, this means no more late-night fights in our yard. I would definitely recommend Snowpine Kennels & Cattery if you are travelling. The regular messages checking up on Achilles also put us at ease while we were abroad.
I am having trouble with my internet connection and there is no way to get hold of technical support. The WhatsApp number is just a bot, with no option to ever talk to a consultant, the phone number (which I had to spend 10min trying to find) is only for sales not technical support, and the live chat doesn't work because it doesn't send you the one time pin. What is the point? I am really tempted to change even though I have been with them for more than a decade. This is nonsense.

Seeing all of the comments here already, I feel like this is pointless... I am trying to contact HP customer support. The first 2 numbers I found on their website were disconnected and the I have been holding for over an hour after signing in and finding a third contact number.

Bought an official apple case for my iPhoneXs less than a year ago, it is falling apart but apparently isn't covered because it is "normal wear and tear". When I pay a premium for an Apple product, I expect it to last more than a year.

I used the app to place a delivery for the first time and like an idiot, I was in a rush and placed a collection order instead of a delivery order. About 50min later I phoned Steers very upset and spoke to Fontainebleau and spoke to an "Angella" (I'm almost positive I have spelt that wrong) she was polite and professional and organised for my order to be delivered which arrived promptly. So thank you very much Angella and I am sorry I wasn't paying more attention and made it out to be a fault on your side initially.

I had a problem with one of my accounts on 22Seven and this problem was solved urgently and efficiently over the holiday period. I was getting responses over Christmas and New Years which I really wouldn't expect from a company. Thank you so much to Garron G and Lydon McG for all your help!
