Too many emails. Counted 7 in December alone. There should be a way to select the topics you are interested in.
Paid for a business registration related issue. Then I followed up with CIPC months later. Nothing received from One Percent. I then asked One Percent for a refund. Instead the accountant reapp**** to CIPC without asking me, which was a disaster as I then started receiving tax related notices. I had already moved on to start another business. I complained to One Percent and they told me the accountant had moved on, and not to worry because if you don't file a return CIPC will deregister it, so as far as they were concerned the application to CIPC didn't matter. But it did matter, as I then got harassed over this business, even after deregistration. Earlier I had other issues, such as the first accountant not responding. The later accountant at first only wanted to use bank statements and not source documents, until I told her at some point, you know there are source documents you can use such as invoices to verify accuracy. You have to then check the allocations and request revisions. Overall not the best experience. I give them 2 stars, because at least you can follow up with the overall manager if the accountants are out of line, which is not so with a smaller practice.
Bought a VX Gaming keyboard from Incredible Connection. Within a few month keyboard issues, keys double typing or not typing, once in a while a key sticks. Likely due to poor quality mechanical switches that respond poorly to changes in humidity. Disappointing for a R800+- keyboard.

After going through process to freeze/close business account I find it is still open, and further charges are occurring. This should not be my problem as this is now owned by the state.
Bought a Breville aroma style filter coffee machine yesterday. 1.) I notice that the EXACT same model is being sold under the Black and Decker name (see link below)? Wouldn't expect badge engineering from Breville. Is @Home selling cloned or **** brand products? 2.) The scoop is so flimsy it looks like something from a machine costing a third of the price; nothing like what came with the Breville espresso machine purchased prior. Overall doesn't feel like any of the other Breville products we've bought prior to this. Exact same product under Black & Decker name? https://www.takealot.com/black-decker-900w-12-cup-24-hours-programmable-coffee-maker/PLID90020320
No option to download business transaction history to a CSV file beyond 90 days. This is necessary for accounting software imports. You would expect such a basic option to have been implemented.
Better than my Uber experience. The app works well. Just requires a few tries to get a driver.
The loyalty app fails so often, or there is some other excuse like "the scanner is off" or write your details on your slip and we'll add it manually. Maybe about 50% of purchase actually get recorded. Not going to go as often anymore, there is no point.
Bought Click's Kambrook brand of filter machine about a year and a half ago. Stopped drawing water from the reservoir, just makes steam.
