What a disappointing service we received from this Mercedes-Benz West Rand (Constantia Kloof) dealer, we bought a c-class two weeks, the car had some dents on which they said to us prior to purchasing they kept on pushing us to come sign for the car it is ready only to try and make sales. they collected the car on wednesday and they said the bring us another merdeces and they will return ours the next day. they left us with a Hyandai Accent instead of bringing us another Mercedes as promised. the sales guy Matthews keeps giving us excuses everyday. till this day we still dont have our car nor the Mercedes they promised us. if you want to save your self a headache do not buy from this Mercedes Dealer!
I am extremely disappointed at Absa insurance, late last year the storm damaged our ceiling board. the ceiling is now worse and they are still giving us the run around and not fixing it. They claim it is lack of maintenance, our roof was maintained and repainted in winter. I wouldnt advise anyone to use Absa insurance after the horrible experience we are having!
Rain are bunch of crooks! i have stopped their service month ago they keep on deducting money out of my account. Every month they tell me their account is resolving the the issue and will reimburse my money till today they are still stealing money from me! i want my money back and stop this fraudulent act!
Afrihost Fibre and service is complete nonsense! its almost 2 weeks now i cannot work from home, my business is suffering because of the stupid Fibre no one is taking this as a matter of urgency! i work from home! i have to keep following up no one bothers to resolved this! I have to now make other arrangements to access my work from somewhere else no one bothers to call me and sort out the issue. At the end of the month my business has to pay the for a service that it didnt use infact made a loss!

Your Management representative is just as useless with the South Gate Store! i dont care what they do with the laptop i want my ****en money back, they sold me a broken laptop and now they are trying to ****en play smart your store is now giving me ****! and refusing to give me back my money what nonsense is this! I bought a broken Macbook from Cash Converters at South Gate i reported it same day, they are refusing to refund me my money back at this point! they told me to take it to their repair and i am driving more than 50km to go to south......i am ****en! irritated with their service at this point its been months now i gave them their ****! machine lerato sibanyoni the owner of the store is dodging my calls and refusing to call me .... this is the second time i am reporting this issue and not getting any where its irritating i hope no one ever buys anything from lerato sibanyoni's cash converters stores .... i want my money back! some idiot manager called virgin from store is giving me attitude on the phone and refusing my refund.
My Cell phone contract with MTN ended December 2015, I have been cancelling it since from January every month I have been asking them to cancel, I have emailed and called they keep saying they cancelled it but every month they keep billing me and now they are threating me to suspend my line, MTN is worst service provider ever I will never use their stupid services in future, they have no right to force a person to continue with the contract while it has ended this must be against the law!
I took my contract of 2 years with MTN it ended in December, I cancelled the contract in January, they confirmed its been cancelled every month they keep sending me airtime I have reversed their debit but they still sending me air time, I have communicated with them via email they still not cancel my contract, my number is 0718604317
I purchased an Audi A3 from Suzuki in Bryaston after a week of driving the I realized there are some issue there is a funny noise coming from the engine when you are driving over 60kmph, the sunroof makes such an annoying noise and the back door does not open out side, I spoke to the sales lady who sold me the car Johanna she told me to send the car back to be fixed the mechanic was unable to fix it, she told me she spoke to her manger Reil and the same manager is not answering my call not even calling me back or even responding to my mails I even send emails to Jean-Pierre I have not had any response when will they sort out the car, I am unable to drive the new car I got from them a month ago and they keep on dodging me, their level of service is so pour they don't care about their client after the purchase, I hope no one makes the same mistake of buy a car from this dealer, this was my greatest regret buying from this dealer, they don't even care about the reputation of their company!
