Getting to sales department is easy but getting through to cancellations is the hardes my thing I have been on the line for 24hours combined trying to cancel this terrible service
I was involved in an accident back in April till today I have not been paid out and my car is still damaged I was told the process takes 45 working days I was following up and kept being told to follow up after 10- 15 days, I finally received settlement on day 43 I signed and submitted the same day and followed it up with a call to tell Nadine I had sent back the documents only to be told payment takes up to 30 days what kind of operation is this that has no empathy for people who did no wrong instead try to prolong and run away from fixing damages cause by their clients
From a deposit of R14 666 I only got back 6200 just for cleaning and painting what a ****
I bought I bed at Russell’s Promenade Mall the bed broke within a week I have been request them to collect the bed and refund me I have been speak to very rude sales consultants on the phone who have no empathy at all the last one I spoke to now even went as far as saying “oh my God” when telling them that I will take the bed outside and they will find it outside this surly has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced
On the 9th of November I contact Vodacom to cancel my contract, the agent tells me that December 2021 will be my last payment for the contract to my surprise today I am in arrears and I owe Vodacom for January and February. It is a mission to get through to an agent, my 'cancellation' call had to take a whole 22mins and to find out that even after spending 22mins on the phone it still was not done
I have been waiting for a refund that was supposed to happen since the 2nd of November, I was told it will take 15 working days ,almost a month later I am still being sent from pillar to post with no answer now i can tell why their packages are so cheap because the service is also cheap I am glad my installation did not wok out but I would like my money back
I bought a Nandos voucher via the vodcom app, money was debit from my account but i never received the voucher number I have been trying to get a refund the consultants seems to have no idea as what i am referring to, i have been transferred to all sorts of department. I would just like the money debited from my account to be returned.
Worst service ever from Monique Hendiricks who also accused me of lying cause she does not recall the telephonic conversation we had. I am appauled by the way I was treated im still waiting for a call from a superior but i guess il never get that
Mtn is ripping it's customers off my airtime just dissapeared from using the Internet but the data is still there this happens all the time the customer services line is even worse the agents drop the phones on people this is a horrible network I'm so fed up with the horrible service
i ordered a crammed crust pizza, only to find thatthe cheese grillars that were in the pizza still had plastic wrapping around them about 4 slices of the pizza had the wrapping with the grillers it could have posed danger to me an my family had one of us swalloed those plasitic wrappings
