I will be taking this up with The Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance !!! You guys owe me over R6000 and I will be in contact with my lawyers to take you guys on for *****! I want all my money, you can't just close a policy while receiving premiums
How can you guys cancel my policy when I made payment arrangements for this month to pay the one month I am not sure why you didn't debit. I called and told you guys that I'd pay for that one month. I did a manual payment last month even though you received my payment you still went ahead and cancelled my policy. what a waste of month and time. I want my refund!!!!!!!!!
I swear you guys suck when it comes to paying out peoples claims! every damn month I have the same fight with you guys! Pathetic ! Next year am taking my business elsewhere !

Why in the world is my account suspended when I have made payment on the 23 of June 2024? I have been coming here and writing reviews since last week Monday. Why is VOX such an inconvenience? I am beyond MAD at this stage. This is not right.
Really VOX? it hasn't even been 2 weeks since my line was activated and I had to come write a review here on Hellopeter. I received a "Suspension Warning" while I am here waiting for my Prorata bill. The line was activated on the 13th of June and today is the 24th. its been 11 days and I get a statement that says I owe you R3,164.41 like ***?? How can a company that provides such a great service have so many *********** people?
I really not surprised why the rating of this ISP is so low. I have been waiting for my line to be activated for 13 days straight. ordered it in April and still nothing. I have used R750 in airtime calling back and forth and no one seems to know what is going on. last night I called and their agent told me straight he was putting me on hold to go to the toilet... I mean.
I have been using Hertz for many years and the last rental marks the end of a good relationship! on the 2nd of February 2024 I picked up a TSI in Cape Town at approximately 22:30pm in the evening. I am just Landed from Lanseria Johannesburg. I rented the car on my way to Worcester and later before dropping the VW TSI went to the beach, When I dropped the car I was late and the guys at the rental drop off zone told me to just leave the vehicle and go as My flight was departing in 4 minutes. I unfortunately left My MacBook Pro R37000 and Black Red Bat sandals under the front seats. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hertz Cape Town on the number 0219353000 which add up to R350 to date since Saturday evening with no luck of my Goods. I keep getting passed around and being told I will be called back, I have left my number a dozen times but no one has bothered to call me back. I have rented cars from Hertz in East London, Johannesburg and Cape Town and have always regarded them as my good too car rental service. I am so so heartbroken and angry at the service I have been getting from them regarding this matter. I wish they would give me back my Laptop as it has a lot of valuable information inside or the least reimburse me for it. My reservation number is: 14RD8H My invoice number is: 87729445−1 I am in shambles about this experience.
Not their driver telling My Wife he will deliver her parcel later when he was supposed to have dropped it at 10am in the morning. His reason was "I will drop your parcel later cause The White people are buzzing my phone.... you are not the most important person on my delivery list!" We were supposed to have left for East London today and our flight tickets down the drain cause we have been waiting on this guy to drop our not so important package. R15000.00 down the drain! I would Highly recommend that NO-AFRICAN Person EVER uses this company for anything courier related! I am highly disgusted and Angry for the way that boy spoke to my wife!
I am beyond P*ssed off with this company. I paid R663 on Wednesday and spent an extra R400 on airtime trying to get them to allocate my funds. I spent exactly 4 hours on the call and yet no one could do anything. Today I call one last time and they tell me I owe R6664 yet again. I will make it easy for you.... refund me back my money and I want out of this pathetic service.
