Really VOX? it hasn't even been 2 weeks since my line was activated and I had to come write a review here on Hellopeter. I received a "Suspension Warning" while I am here waiting for my Prorata bill. The line was activated on the 13th of June and today is the 24th. its been 11 days and I get a statement that says I owe you R3,164.41 like ***?? How can a company that provides such a great service have so many *********** people?
I really not surprised why the rating of this ISP is so low. I have been waiting for my line to be activated for 13 days straight. ordered it in April and still nothing. I have used R750 in airtime calling back and forth and no one seems to know what is going on. last night I called and their agent told me straight he was putting me on hold to go to the toilet... I mean.
Not their driver telling My Wife he will deliver her parcel later when he was supposed to have dropped it at 10am in the morning. His reason was "I will drop your parcel later cause The White people are buzzing my phone.... you are not the most important person on my delivery list!" We were supposed to have left for East London today and our flight tickets down the drain cause we have been waiting on this guy to drop our not so important package. R15000.00 down the drain! I would Highly recommend that NO-AFRICAN Person EVER uses this company for anything courier related! I am highly disgusted and Angry for the way that boy spoke to my wife!
I am beyond P*ssed off with this company. I paid R663 on Wednesday and spent an extra R400 on airtime trying to get them to allocate my funds. I spent exactly 4 hours on the call and yet no one could do anything. Today I call one last time and they tell me I owe R6664 yet again. I will make it easy for you.... refund me back my money and I want out of this pathetic service.
Goodluck getting out of your contract with these guys. I left Vodacom to be with a bunch of incompetent and crimal fools. I've been calling for 2 straight months and everyone keeps doing incomplete cancelations. Everyone does not know what the hell is going on. Retention department won't call after over 300 talk minutes with their agents telling me the same thing "we'll get Retentions to call you" Am taking this matter to the ombudsman!!!
Goodluck getting to the right department. And entire team of incompetent people. A week later and R800 worth of Airtime and being passed around by these people I can confirm that they all gave me different numbers to the Debt review department. And none of them worked. Pathetic finance house!!!
I almost lost my life ar KFC in worcester this pass Weekend 27th February 2021 when 8 people jumped out in the drive through and assaulted me and my brother. Unfortunately my brother was stabbed in the process and is critical in Hospital in Cape Town. I have made 100 calls to the manager requesting him to give me the number plate of the car these people came out off but nothing. I am filing a lawsuit against you animals!
