This morning(06.01.24) around 9am my son and I went to Checkers Blueberry Square in Honeydew. To get some breakfast from their Deli, so we decided to get their Rib-burgers and chips. When we got home we sat and ate only to find that the burgers are not fresh, panini was soaked in wet from old tomatoes which were pink in colour, lettuce was brown and we also found someone's hair in the chips. I took pictures as I'm a bit far from the store and I'm so angry with that Checkers. So early we experiencing such.
I received a call from 0117906841 @15:24, I can't recall the name of the agent as i was not feeling ok. So when I took the call I told this guy im not well im sleeping. He pushed to tell me about changing of break pads on my car. I told him those are ok but he insisted & told me its been long since they were changed. How is it his problem?why is calling me from MFC to tell about changing break pads. He then started been rude and annoying. So can MFC please trace this call, I need this guy to explain why was he rude and how does MFC ask such people to call clients Im so annoyed right now.
I had an issue with a purchase done online and I went to Cosmo City branch for assistance. A guy named Thabo skipped his lunch took his time to resolve my 2 months back issue. Thank you Capitec Cosmo City for having passionate people like Thabo......he is a star!
I went to Ackermans in Cosmo City mall, bought the pj's for my boys. Went i got to the till the pricing was different so i ask for a manager but some Winnie lady with bad attitude came and claimed that customers are removing price tag from the items. So I said to her stay awayvfrom me with that attitude then some Manyele guy(assistance manager) came with the same unprofessional useless attitude. Ackermans need to sort this out quickly we cant be faced with such issues in stores please.
Affinity Health it's me again, almost a 2weeks now without any joy on my claim. I'm disappointed and requested a cancellation today. You have failed me on the 04.05.23 it was my first time using this policy and my last because I was failed. 9 months journey with you ends today with me.
I have an emergency this morning around 9am, was called by my son's school saying he is well. On my way to pick him up I sent a WhatsApp to Affinity health chat group asking them for advise on which Dr can I rush my son to, their responses where taking forever and I went to the nearest Dr. We sat their as the clerk kept calling Affinity for Authorization which took forever still, then I decided to leave and went to a different Dr where things were done quicker and ended up paying for cash because there was no time to be on-hold call with Affinity's bad service. My son was attended and got some help, so when I got home I call their Call Centre and spoke to some guy (Thabiso)at 11am I related my story to him and again he failed to assist as well. I wanted to know if they can reimburse my cash i paid from the Dr he said no because they gave me the authorization number, which was not sent to me... Affinity is not helpful to their clients its a ****.
Rain is the worst service provider. Had an issue from July which is not resolved to date. So i decided to cancel with them on the 15 Nov,thats when they offered to send a technician to assist and i refused their offer. Now they want me to pay in December for what i dont know. Guys stay away from Rain they are useless.

I made a return of my 70" Samsung Display Crystal P TV, on the 24th February which I bought last year June. I saw on the their app that my return was declined on the 10th March. No one called or contacted me to update me on why it was decline and what's the way forward. I have been sending emails no response till to date. So TakeAlot please refund me or fix my TV. It's school holidays my kids don't have any entertainment in the house.
This is bad, I have paid in December 2021. My course started on the 1st February 2022 and till to date I haven't received any logins nor communication from the institution. I've sent emails made calls no response. All I need is their feedback on my CANCELLATION request.
