I had a great experience with Revibe. I was a little scared because of some reviews I found online.. However - My experience was first class. Item arrived before the expected date - I had visibility the whole time... so overall... I am a happy and will be a repeat customer.
The retentions department was great - They did what they have to do to retain the customer... they did this without instilling the fear of Jesus in you and fighting with you like some other insurers do. I'd go back to them in a heart beat
Purchased a few items from Cash Converters - Elgin. 2 days later - I attempt to work the Washing machine. It did not work. Called the sales person and let them know. I took the machine back so they could attempt to repair. I cannot find my slip (was moving house recently) . What upsets me is - they take your details when you buy... I.D.# and telephone.... how difficult is it to look on the system what I purchased? Head office - tells me they cannot reprint the invoice. Common guys... We know that you have to keep financial records... right now - no machine and no money.... you expect me to just leave you with both items? You running a charity or a business?!
They keep calling me... the worst part is that i hold on for the OPT-OUT option on the line... but it never comes. "Press 1 - and clientelle life will call you back". This keeps looping without an option to press any other key to OPT-OUT!!! IS THIS EVEN LEAGAL THAT YOU DON'T GIVE US THE OPTION!!!!! GO AWAY! GIVE ME A DAMN OPTION TO STOP YOU FROM CALLING ME. I USE THIS LINE FOR BUSINESS... WAITING FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL ME... NOW GO AWAY!!!!
Telkom has got to be S*&^&%%%ing me! I recieve a router in January 2022 The thing does not work fresh from the box. I call - they send me to a store - the store confirms it doesn't work. I've been sending message for OVER A YEAR NOW!!! NOW YOU PEOPLE WANT TO LIST ME ON ITC - common Telkom... what the actual FUDGEPACKERS ARE YOU GUYS DOING. whats worse is that customer care - doesn't give a continental (explicit) CARE in the world.
The fraud department froze my account and has no answers as to why!! Someone walks in and says they suspect fraud and they just freeze your account with investigating!! This is rubbish. Account frozen in May and still no resolve to date!! Disgusting that we trust you to keep our money!!!!!
Signed a new contract. Got a Faulty (Out of box Failure) Router. Telkom agents send me from pillar to post. The Telkom shop cant help me. No one wants to help me get a new router within my 7 days... This is stupid
Unbelievable service. I resigned over 3 months ago and the consultant is so nonchalant in regards to giving me feedback about my payouts. i have called multiple times asking for a status update. The consultant (to be named in my next post). NMG - I AM NOT ASKING FOR YOU TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT (I UNDERSTAND PROCESS) - BUT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD... FEEDBACK IS NOT A SCIENCE...!!! Common!!!
Call Centre is useless. i recently lost my phone. I need to claim from insurance - but there is no way for me to blacklist my number. You call the line and then they want to put you through to the bot!!!! - the bot is not helping!!! This is a stupid problem to have!!! but its a problem all the same!!! Thier website only has support for people that are on contract since they can log in and have options avialable... but us on pre-paid have no one except the bot to help us with the most basic of tasks!!!! Common!!!!
Legal action taken against me for an account that FNB opened in error. i am getting phone calls from Lawyers who want me to pay R300 for "outstanding" bank charges from an account that FNB opened in error. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of this madness and no one is attending to my calls. FNB this is stupid (for a company your size). I keep doing this to myself with FNB - I really should just leave. I've got problem after problem with FNB!!! This sucks you guys... and you are not doing good by anyone here. Your brand slogan is not lived by your processes and people.
