We only have problems with our Vodacom Fibre. And our area is off more often than not. Then they take forever to send technicians to come and fix it. How long does it take to respond Vodacom?? Not good enough. Service is poor!

I am waiting for my vehicle disks to arrive. Received a sms over a week ago saying it is out for delivery. I am still waiting. They do not answer their phones, whatsapp or emails and I am fed-up!!!

I googled extenders and saw the write up by TRUSTED CONSUMER REVIEW. I decided to go ahead and buy the Speedtech Wifi that is on special for R775. I made the purchase via CT Card. The next morning my bank notified me of a possible fraudulent transaction. I went into my bank app and noticed that they did not take R775, but R813.75. Then they also tried to take another amount for R983. It is impossible to reach them, Every mail I send generated a "ticket". This morning I get a mail saying if I want a refund I must send the Extender back...I have not even received anything. It must be noted that SPEEDTECH, SMARTBUY123.COM and TRUSTED CONSUMER REVIEW are Frauds. Something needs to be done.
Sunday evening I made n online purchase for R775. Monday (30/8) I woke up to a message from FNB fraud department stating my card is blocked - looks like fraudulent transaction. I went into my account and noticed that the place I placed an online order for tried to take an amount of R914.50 (the amount the fraud department picked up). I then checked my account and saw that the "online company took R813.75 instead of R775). This R813.75 was still in pending. Immediately I realised that this online company is a fraud. I contacted FNB via phone. They cancelled my CT Card and then sent me a form to fill out to get the R813.75 amount back. I still said to the lady they must stop it it is still in pending. She said NO THEY can't do it. I completed the form. Sent it to the address given and to date I heard nothing. This morning I noticed the R813.75 went from pending to paid. How on earth. Smart Call Technology have been illegally deducting money on our Telkom account. I have no idea who they are and demand action immediately or I will take action
After inspection of my Telkom account we noticed Basebone illegally deducting money from our account for months now. No one has given you permission to do this. This is fraud, If my money is not paid back and I am contacted I will take action ans contact the newspaper BEELD who will investigate this matter. I see others complaining about this and I WILL contact Carte Blanche if needed. They must be stopped!!! I expect a call on -0824214369!!!!!
