I took out a funeral insurance for my brother. I have been told it is now dealt by Pakama what what. They are out of reach its been a week now. I need to update banking details where they can debit. Mu brothers name is Siyabonga Magxaka 14 July 1981
I ordered on the 10th of December. My delivery was scheduled for the 23rd of December but the drivers decided to call when they were outside. Missed the call but they were 10minutes away from my place when and told me they are too far too make a turn that was on the 24th. I was supposed to get three items and the other one is scheduled for 2nd of December. So surprised when I got home only received one item that was not even on a take a lot box.
They are refusing me letter of arrangement I pay. Do not know how I'm gonna pay them if they still doing so.
I made a mistake with my order I called in to cancel. After I was dropped on call three times. I made another order and paid online. After waiting for an hour and 20minutes they bring a wrong order the driver didn't even have airtime I had to use my own waisted R12 of airtime. Now I'm tracking my order and only now it's Been prepaid the new one that means my waiting time will be more than three hours. Incompetent people and waisted of airtime and data
I purchased a plasma stand. As I was arranging it they I noticed it was missing holes. I called them and they told me it's not their fault and I should bring it in store I asked them with what money for delivery and staff. I have bought for more than R20000 previously and never had an issue of assembling their products. Wrote on their Facebook page. They promised to call back and they never did after dealing with rude sales agents over the phone. Been almost two months they have not called would like to know what steps to take from here.
We placed an order on the 4th of June. They delivered most of my products on the 6th. They called on the day of delivery and told me they didn't have the product on store. Till today the 26th they never communicated with me. Phoned them today they told me they didn't have stock and the guys who tool my order was on leave. Lady transferred me to the manager. Manger told me he is currently in a meeting he will call me back. Why take a call only to tell a customer you in a meeting and will call again later. Thembi managed to call me again informed me they have my product. My question why only now? I have all call recordings on my phone.
I had an encounter when with Khayelitsha super spar. I was harassed my a security person and they claimed they have suspended the person. The MD of spar saw that i was not worthy to be to be contacted by him after he could not reach me on my cell phone twice. He refered a third party to contact me, being the security company. I sent him an email asking why would they do that because I was a customer at spar and i do not recall shopping at the secirity services. After I sent an email with a complaint the MD contacted me to meet, and requested us to meet. We met and said i should name my expectations. I did so and he said he had a wedding to attend he will get back to me after three working days andI should be glad that he as an MD took the matter in his hands. I wonder where did he obtain his degree for serving people as an MD. When I got at Spar he said I should retell the story after I have over an email, and he would conduct an investigation. My question was , how do they suspend a person without an investigation and how did they live the matter to lie around for over a week without investigation after several email were sent between us. I regret not taking full audio recording of that meeting but I do have for the last minutes of the meeting.
Was with my mother on Saturday. We went shopping and we both had to pay our accounts. Went in with our trolley and security guard said we must leave our good behind cannot go in with it. We left them because we had to pay our accounts. When we came out our goods were stolen. Asked for footage maybe we might be able to catch who did it. They told us to go to some office that we did not know. They never took iniiative to accompany us... I had to go back to truworths coz i couldnt find the office. They told us to go back the they cant help us and they had no footage in store. next thing manager said in fact she told the security should give everyone the right to go in with the security something the poor gaurd did not know. Manager did nothing to help us either than allow to leave the store for the third time without coming with us to the securities for camera footage. While they new those guards cant give us any footage without them having a lead from the store cameras. Same incident happened day before and they did not do anything with that. My mom lost her goods so did i while we paid alomost R1000 by them. Now must lend money for groceries.
Got a problem with my cellc contract. want to take them to court. I stopped using their contract sim card because it disconnected all the time. Now they want me to pay. what am i going to pay for?. I had the cellc sim card. It worked on the bphone not once it did disconnect. So couldnt use the sim for to long. <br> Now I HAVE TO PAY UP FOR THE benefitts i didnt use. I didnt use. I called the collection company that is collecting for them. requesting a detailed statement for since it was handed over to them. They couldnt help me. I want a detailed statement and will pay for the phone not the benefits that come wit it. I refuse to have a bad credit record becaus eof them.
