Soundmatch Montagu Gardens - pathetic service!!! I had my system fitted about 2 years ago. I’ve been getting a bad burning smell for 4 months only to find my power cable burning in my boot. I pulled up yesterday to explain the situation and the guy seemed very uninterested in my issue and told me to come the next day at 8. I got here at 7:15am, stood in a line and was told where to park. I don’t know what the plan is, other clients are being prioritised over my issue because they are buying new things. I’ve had sound systems fitted in my cars all my life and I am disgusted by the service of a business as big as SoundMatch. Do NOT use these guys, go to SM Audio.
I was “incorrectly” moved out of my apartment last Friday and my electricity was switched off. Keep in mind, I did not move out, I bought my electricity for the MONTH and this was 5 days into the new month. I called and was told it will be back on in 15 minutes and they will sort the issue out on Monday. (this was after interacting with 3 miserable agents, one named Isaac which just cut the call on me). I was then emailed and politely told to just start using the new pin sent. I then informed them that my balance is laying in a negative which is impossible!! I was then told my balance will be transferred by end of business. It is currently 3pm Monday and my electricity is switched off once again!! And I have my second 4 hour loadshedding in an hour. This is pathetic service, I would not recommend this company and encourage everyone to flee from it if at all possible.
I arrived with my kitten today at 14H00. The receptionist has a disgusting attitude, as I sit waiting for my kitten to be seen to, I observe her interactions with other clients entering the hospital. I can’t help but suspect racism as her communication with the white guy after me was absolutely pleasant. She’s condescending and outright rude. This is my second and definitely my last time here.
I have just been sitting waiting for my order at Nandos Sandown observing the behaviour and mannerisms of the employees. There are approximately 10 employees currently sitting and occupying majority of the tables and chairs, screaming and shouting from one corner to another. Hardly any space for customers to sit and enjoy a meal. It’s hot and humid in this place with so much staff sitting around with no masks in close proximity to each other and customers, it’s alarming!! As I look outside, I see the drive thru packed up and now I know why. The service and vibe, will keep every person from stepping into this establishment. I have read through most of the reviews, so I know what type of reply to expect from this establishment. This is a horrible, horrible, horrible experience.
I purchased a GTI from VW Claremont around August 2017. Since then, the car has been booked in for faults 3 times already! The most recent issue was carbon build up which I was told was normal on these cars and I had to have this fixed myself. (Keep in mind, I don't even have the car for 6 months yet). Last month, I booked the car in on the 25th January 2018 as I had stuck on a freeway with the car vibrating and revs idling immensely. I was then told by Zaheer Jatiem that I would get my car the following day, it has now been 15 days and I still have not received delivery of my car. Over this past 2 weeks I had to call VW constantly for feedback and beg for any answers on my car. The managers at VW Claremont are completely useless and has thee worst attitudes I have ever come across. I am absolutely obsessed with all VW cars but the experience with this branch has left me wanting to get rid of my car and never have to deal with any VW Branch again. Pathetic to say the least!
I had my first car wheels fitted at Goodhope tyres in Voortrekker road, Goodwood a couple of years back and loved the service. As I am a female, I trusted going to Goodhope Tyres and assumed that I would have my new wheels on my new car fitted perfectly. Unfortunately this was not the case, I initially went to Goodhope tyres last Friday to buy my new car some 17inch rims and tyres and was then told that they do not have the correct size to fit my car. I then left and managed to get the exact rim I wanted and returned to Goodhope Tyres to purchase a set of tyres and to have my rim fitted. Firstly, I got the impression that they did not like the fact that I bought my rims elsewhere (the attitudes was shocking), eventually after waiting 30 minutes for them to start on my car they had my wheels fitted. I had my old wheels stuffed in my car and drove off. I felt a massive vibration on my car and steering wheel and assumed that it was the weight of my old wheels (silly me). The following day I drove my car around and the vibration just got worse, I then took it to Goodhope tyres in grassy park as they were the only store open on the Sunday and believe it or not, I had to pay for balancing all over FOR NO REASON! and to top it off, I was told that it might be the spacers on my car that is too big, what a joke!! Let me cut to the chase here, turns out, my two back wheels was faulty and could not be balanced! BRAND NEW GOODYEAR TYRES SUPPLIED, FITTED, BALANCED AND ALIGNED BY GOODHOPE TYRES IN GOODWOOD! Take my word for it, this is a pathetic store with pathetic customer service! My recommendation? JANJIRA, JANJIRA, JANJIRA! They are a bit more expensive, but worth your safety and peace of mind! Goodhope tyres just lost a loyal customer and Janjira just gained one. :)
The agent is so incompetent!! She sounds as if she had no training.... She keeps putting me on hold after I ask her to speak to a supervisor! I paid my account yet cannot view anything!! I'm so frustrated and disappointed...
