If there was 0 stars then I would be using that. I used tripadvisor for the first time and booked a tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and the tour guide did not show up. I then sent screenshots proving that I tried to contact the guide multiple times and they didn’t answer. However according to viator, this is not sufficient and I am still being charge for something that did not happen. Be very careful when booking on here, they are not as trustworthy as you would think

I am usually a really big fan of netflorist but I ordered something a while ago and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th of January and it has not arrived. It was out for delivery in the morning and suddenly changed status back to production in the afternoon. I did not receive a message to say it wouldn't be delivered. Honestly terrible service.
I called in on the 6th of May to cancel my contract as it was the end of my contract. I was however still billed that month even though I was told that my last debit order date was April. I reversed that payment as I refused to pay for something I wasn't using. I called in because I was billed and Kellin Samuel's informed me my contract was never cancelled. He was not able to escalate this. He said he wasn't able to see any call made. I sent a screenshot that I called in to cancel on the 6th of May. The agent that cancelled my contract refused to give me a cancellation reference because they said it would be SMS'd to me. I was then given an escalations email that doesn't exist. I then turned to Twitter where I was told on the 31st of May that my contract was definitely cancelled and I wouldn't be billed again. I was billed a random amount on the 1st of July even though I was told this was taken care of. I am not being given any answers. This cannot continue every month! I am being told that everything is being taken of when it is not. This is just terrible service.

<p>My first order wasn't processed and I cancelled it as it told me there was an error. My second order arrived on time but shortly after they called and told me that my order has been processed twice and I will have to pay for both. Despite having to pay twice the amount, when the food arrived is was practically destroyed.</p>
I always receive excellent service and If there is a problem it is taken care of immediately.<br> <br> Keep it up :)
