They don't even deserve one star. I pay every month on time, yet every day I experience slow speeds with the ftth line dropping every few minutes. Worst is, they "own" areas and lines and then you don't have a choice but to sign with the so called service provider. They do not provide any services paid for. It is absolutely pathetic. Allow customers to go with other isps, do not monoplise areas and then not provide services. This is not fair to paying customers!! JUST CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND GET IT OVER WITH! Appearently their excuse is "this is normal" why then advertise and sell 99% up time with certain speeds, this is a blatant lie. Horrible "isp" do not sign with them. You are even better off with an old adsl line. The speed and reliability is the same, 4mbps dropping daily.
App doesn't work on any of my devices, after contacting support 3 times all 3 times the different agents literally told me to turn if off and on again, honestly anyone can think of that one.. Support staff are not qualified at all, support is pathetic, app doesn't work and it's the most expensive streaming service out there I do t know for what cause it's the ****est one of them all. Do not waste your money with this poor attempt of a streaming service.
Takealot parcel was stolen from Mr Delivery's facility, they did not care about this at all, no investigation is being done - Do not trust Takealot/Mr Delivery with any valuable orders.
Parcel got stolen under takealot's watch. The company is shrugging this off, they clearly don't care what staff is up to. They did not investigate or give any additional info, just a refund, after I had to ask. A waste of time, not to mention you will almost always find your product for cheaper elsewhere, because they have insane markups.
FTTH/Fiber line goes down at a minimum twice a week. Speed is 4mb and it is supposed to be a 50mb line. I have never experienced such horrible quality, even an ADSL line will serve me better. Don't sign up with FrogFoot, you will be disappointed - guaranteed!
Deliveries take forever, they seem to get stuck at this branch and will lay there for days (has happened to me several times). Do yourself a favour and avoid using this company by any means, there are plenty of other, capable companies out there (ACT, Globeflight etc.). Let's boycott the incompetent in the hope they will either improve service or close down and support the companies that care about customers.

An agent called me, (I did not even apply) asked me for an updated CV, which as most people will know takes hours to update and get into presentable form. I sent though me CV and attempted to follow up numerous times. The company and agent ignored me. This wasted hours of my time. It appears this is another one of those recruitment agencies that do not care about candidates (or the client for that matter then as well!), quick commission only. Recruiters are problems in society as they are only out for their commission and an unnecessary middle man. I cannot count the numerous times a recruiter from somewhere wasted my time. 99% of the time a recruiter does not even know what they are looking for themselves, they just search for keywords in candidate CV's. You will never understand a position unless you have actual hands on experience in it, simple as that, recruiters are a scam.
They make it impossible to cancel. Insane cancelation fees. No contact was sent when I signed up via the phone, they confirmed a date via email and this is what I went on, when canceling they are charing me 3x the bill due to cancelation fees outside the period, yet I canceled within the period with 30 days notice. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT
<p>My Moodle Account(online study portal) has been updated, but my current semester assignments (which are all completed, but haven't been marked in months) are overwritten and reset saying I have to do all of them over again. (that's about 18 assignments) I also cannot view discussions and posts on the Moodle Site News, because of some error or sloppy work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent emails to various staff members, no respons - which is the usual.</p> <p>I am also still waiting for my results for the 1st Semesters exams, which were in early July. Supp Exams have already been written, but no results released.</p> <p> </p>
