One item is too fragile and the other item bought on line not working. Reported this on 29 November. Tried numerous times to go online to returns but keeps on saying something went wrong. Most frustrating.
During 2022 we paid approximately R12000 with assurance "we confirm that the scope of work quoted for will remedy the current plumbing issues at the property". They attended to redo the sewerage manhole, which manhole was redone by the corporation three months later. Two years later we discover that there are four broken pipes underground which is causing the problem which they never picked up on. Don't recommend them at all.
Ordered pizza early this morning, giving a set down for delivery and paying. No follow up whatsoever. Turns out one has to pick up from the pizza place. How do you get refunded. Their set up on google is definitely not user friendly and impossible to get through to them unless you want to sit for the day on the phone.
ONLINE ORDER WITH MAKRO 2 weeks later and still waiting. Do you call this service?
I have three debits for Yoco du Durban KZ ZAF. Although small, i requested info on these debits on 25 March 2022. To date standard bank only come back asking for the same info but don't answer the query

Purchased a Mi Box approximately three months ago from Pavilion. Out of the 3 months, we have probably had use of the device for 1 month. The store refuses to refund or exchange the device as they say there is fine print on the receipt (which was not conveyed when purchased) and say that have to do a diagnosis the costs of which I am liable for. The device does not work. Contacted Xiaomi direct and followed their instructions to reset the device, with no luck. Every other retailer would refund / exchange or fix the device at no cost. Why is Incredible Connection special? Very frustrated and disgusted.
Despite my posting on 30 January 2020 at 09h46 and Cell C response that they are attending thereto, one week passed and still no results. Very poor service but quick to take the money.
Around October 2019 we instructed Cell C to cancel the insurance on the phone and the router. We were advised that same had been done but note that only the insurance on the phone has been cancelled. No refund for the unnecessary months despite assurances that it will be attended to. Empty promises ...
Why would African Bank debit your bank account (without knowledge or consent) after three years and they know that you have been sequestrated??
