Mia & Lia Cape Town!!!!! ****!!!!
This company is a *****ulent company they run under 2 names. Mia & Lea Cape Town and the invoice you with Grace & Jess London. I keep receiving emails stating the package is now in delivery and will soon be by your doorstep. Please be aware of this company! I ordered my parcel over R2800 on 24 January 2026 and today still no parcel!! I have sent numerous emails and they kept saying it’s nearly there!!! BE AWARE OF THIS ****!!!!

SSS Cellular are *****’s!!!!!
Well this company needs to close their doors!!!! They never get back to the customer!!! They have not responded to one email I have called on numerous occasions and eventually answer still waiting for a reply!!! They advertise their is stock and when we pay thousands they reply NO STOCK!!! Now they don’t even pay our money back!!! I wouldn’t even given them a star!!!!

No phone returned in package in parcel!!!
I purchased an iPhone…the condition of the phone read “Pristine like new” sold by “Shop & Ship”. When the parcel arrived the phone had so many dents and actually deep indentations on the side of phone both sides!! Disgusting. I sent the parcel back with a cover (which I wouldn’t need) I get refunded for the cover and no phone!! I called so many times and I get told different stories on the calls. It’s at warehouse refund will be 2 to 3 working days. The other caller said no phone arrived in parcel. The 3rd caller said the phone is in warehouse? Who do you believe!!! Very sad as I have been purchasing for many years with Takelaot and this is my 1st bad experience with them!!

Nano 95 Respiratory Masks
I purchased these masks on www.happy-hands.co.za The masks took 11 days. Upon receiving the masks they were terrible Nano 95 masks made out of sponge...toilet paper is stronger than this sponge. Their web states they help with viruses etc, they come in little parcels directly from China with a Chinese label in paper. I tried emailing and leave messages on Facebook, they deleted and blocked me.

Disgusting Service with www.takealot.com
Very disappointed in this online shopping company www.takealot.com. Ordered a product size arrived too big so returned it. After returning it they then credit my account on their website for me to purchase again on their website. They credit me with a huge sale price on the product which I didn’t pay the sale price......I will never trust this online company. After numerous emails and phone calls still no help!!!

www.spree.co.za a terrible online shopping experience
This online shop is a absolute joke.....they say quick service and money back if not happy with purchase within 30 days. Well their phones don’t get answered and as for emails I have sent 12 and all I get is a computer generated reply saying and agent will contact me shortly. Well no one contacts you back. All I want is my refund!

Vodacom Prepaid
Very disappointed with Vodacom prepaid account. I have purchased numerous airtime 60 free minutes from Vodacom to Vodacom uses and I use only 6 minutes when checking balances I only have 2 minutes left. This is not the first time it has happened to me with the free air time that I have purchased. Total theft!!!

Ordered online 12 days ago no delivery!!
i ordered online on the 12 August 2015 and up until today no delivery, meant to take 2 to 5 days. I have sent numerous emails to the various departments and no response from anyone. Tried calling numerous department numbers and no answer keeps saying operator busy! I have paid for this product and nothing. I am totally disgusted with their service. Promise to deliver and nothing.
