Michelle is our portfolio manager and I couldn't ask for better. She is always there to assist and goes above and beyond for us. Its clear that she strives for excellence by handling matters in a way, that only she can. She is a true asset to her employers and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Had the best experience in this type of shop. Tatiana was a great rep who knew where everything was and knew what I was looking for, despite me not having the official name of the item. She is truly spectacular and restored my faith in this company. I would highly recommend this store to anyone as their customer service has improved so much since the last time I was there.
Highly recommended!!! Yes, there are only a few companies in SA that is as effective as renew online. It's the third year I'm using them and there hasn't been 1 issue, delay or even mistake. I've booked my renewals on Monday and it renewed discs came today. No waiting, not expensive and super easy. What more can you ask. Thank you Renewonline, you guys are spectacular!!!!
You'll be surprised. I was really scared cause it seemed to good to be true but it IS true. Not one issue, not one mistake, nothing, was smooth sailing from start to end and their fee is so small. I'm really impressed - why else would I leave a compliment on Hello Peter.... I know what you're thinking, seems a bit to good to be true. I was on the same page and I am so glad I used them. You load your vehicle details, pay the fee and within 3 days you have your renewal without leaving your home.
Discovery insure is the best insurance company I've ever used. I've had insurance for so long and only recently made the great decision to move over to discovery insure. This was during this entire covid19 pandemic and I thought it would be really hard, but it was the easiest thing in the world. From start to finish the entire process was so smooth it didn't feel like something I had to do but wanted to. To make it even better, I get refunds from discovery, like real money paid back into my account. The refunded me just over 1 third of my premium just for driving well and staying home. The service is excellent, the impact alert sensor does so much more (its free BTW) and you get money back, what more do you want. Its rather sad cause I work for an insurer myself, lol Anyway, Discovery Insure, you are the best. Thank you for being the awesome okes you are.
IF YOUR LOOKING FOR RUDE PEOPLE AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE, GO TO WE BUY CARS CENTURION. For two weeks in a row, We buy cars Centurion (Midsteam) has failed to even offer assistance in any regard. You will wait more than 30 min for someone to assist you and when they go get keys just to check the inside they never come back. Don't even bother asking someone with an nametag, you'll simply get the excuse "I'm busy" When you ask for a Manager, everyone disappears and not even the manager shows. They've taken the "I couldn't care less" to a whole new level. Save yourself the time and frustration, they are not there to help you - your on your own. Good luck with finding a car there, its gonna take forever for them to help you!
Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. They don't care how you feel or what the concern is, they just treat you like a number despite being with them for over 15 years. I pass how many doctors on my way to them just to be treated like a doormat. Never again!
FNB does not care about you as a client!!! Don"t fool yourself if you think they do. If they cant even update your address after 3 attempts to the bank and then lodging a complaint with them directly, should we really be trusting them with our money??? Whats the point of providing your proof of address when they just use whatever they want. this is even after a complaints specialists helps you!!! how sad is that. I have never had so much issues with a bank. This service from such a big bank is absolutely disgusting!!!!
<p>I recently encountered unauthorised debit orders and billing charges on my account and attempted to have it corrected. Tried doing this online seeing as this is a "benefit" without any luck, called the call centre without any luck and even visited the branch (at their convenience not mine) without luck. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is when i started realising this R99 per month thing is a bunch of BS. There is ledger fees, admin fees, internet banking fees etc etc etc. When i discussed this the rude consultant at the branch she just commented: "Thats what you signed for" Is this being fare and open towards your clients??? If memory serves me right ABSA is always the one to say there is no hidden fees......</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say I moved over to a different bank who is treating me way better and I really only pay for what I use. Now I get email upon email and call after call from ABSA asking what they did wrong after requesting several times to stop all communication. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you people stop emailing and calling me as I dont want anything to do with you anymore!!!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I called outsurance for them to provide me with a quote or pay the R400 which we've all heard a million times on various media platforms. To my surprise they've quoted me 3 times the amount I pay with my current insurer. When I asked for the R400 I was informed that I do not qualify for this. I've done a quote with them ages ago but never requested the R400. Today when I decided to take them up on their offer I'm informed that I need to wait 6 months before they can oblige. Its funny how they say you always get something out cause all I got out of this was a bad experience. </p> <p> </p>
