Good day this is a formal letter of complaint, regarding the ( new vehicle purchase ) that I wanted to do through * Star Nissan Vanderbijlpark group * this whole process started on the 24 th of April 2024, whereby i was assisted with a sales person called Francois -Now francois started everything well, and all sugar coated, where by the sales person wanted me to purchase a Tigo 7 pro and was adapement that they will give me the model i want with all the extra trimmings, now after every call and update i was advised there is NO stock in ( SA) and those who have stock that they dont want to realease the stock. Sales person then came through and advised they cant get any stock so he is pushing me up to a higher class car with more features and all the spec....... which i was waiting for another 2 day's after this, I got another unfortunate call from Francois stating they cant find the Executive version, again, Chery SA still has no stock In the meantime I was then called by the person's director or manager who advised me that they will assure me to get a car and get the car i requested, I still waited then, and was now after 3/5 days' after asked to pay a holding deposit of a 1000 rand so they can grab a unit from stock yard that is not assigned to any dealer or owner, still after this..........no car I went on Wednesday afternoon ( public holiday) and went to the Chery Boksburg dealership and re-did my application while looking the car in the face that i want ( on the floor) with the spec i want with the colour i want, I then did the pre-approval again after being advised by ( Francois) that i will NOT be able too apply at another dealership as they will decline my offer as my credit score will then be affected. on thursday I made my ( car payment deposit ) to Chery Boksburg too my sales person Calvin, who managed to sort and arrange all in 1 day where it almost took me a full week or more ( and ( Francois) still claiming on the Saturday ( when i collected my new car in boksburg) i was still being told that ( Star group Nissan Vanderbijlpark) they are now fighting with the higher up's in Chery South Africa ( as they still cant get a car) I have now requested my holding deposit back from them which it seems to be a problem for them now, as there is a process........ I was requested to urgently make a holding deposit, ( which i have no process) but now demanding the money back from the company that only provide person's with blatant lies and taking your money seems to be a struggle, and my calls are being declined. Will Get my lawyer in touch. (poeple dont buy cars from this dealership , they will take your arm and leg, and still demand randsom, without being able to provide you with a hot cup of coffee) Regards W.S
Kindly note we have been having a dispute since 2018 and on a monthly basis, discovery deducts money's from my account but the account just wont go down after 5 years the balance stays the same, i mean if discovery's interest is @ 90%, it's their own issue , like I have stated above. month after month we have been paying the amount requested by discovery as a monthly cost to get the outstanding amount paid, but the amount is now increasing...... so did discovery employees take the money to buy lunch as it just does not make sense, yet for example I have been paying off my car off +-150 K, and that is almost doen but discovery cant settle an account (5K balance) paid over 5 years. discovery claims to be so in order and in place and how people are happy, you sure that you clients are happy, if this is being done to me, cant imagine how other people must feel. I get weekly calls from The Unlimited I have been defrauded by them before \earlier this year where they took money from my account without me signing papers. I have also asked them that I will review the quote\paperwork and once I have agreed and signed then we can go ahead, but still no paper work and now I am called again and told that they want to sell products to me. I have asked that they remove my name and numbers from their database but no luck I have the names of the ladies that speak to me so its fine, if the unlimited carries on I will see them in court as they have no concent over my data or what I want and not, yet they do as they please. I have officially had it with Vodacom , their business and just the system I have upgraded over 3 months ago, and was supposed to be billed monthly. for the past month's I have not been billed, Today I was billed for 3 months and more. because they feel that it was not done so they took far over the amount that was supposed to . Which they cannot provide answers to as to why this was done. I have spoken to 3 representatives, who cannot provide details as to why this is happening. Thus scamming people into needing to pay for more than they should. Vodacom gets free money and we have no say Regards Willem
Good day On the 25th of january 2018 round about 14:34 my wife and i came in as she had lots of labour pains and the fear was there that baby can come @ any moment, and we where told to go to casualties. When we got there the staff laughed among each other and said shame she is just pregnant not taking thr matter up urgently, they then did not assist with anything or to escalate the situatio. We where told to Walk to reception on the other side of the building... still no wheelchaire for my wife..we walked to reception where the lady at the time looked at us stunned not moving not talking not assisting....then let my wife sit on the chairs available to the public in tears and pain. I then went to the admin side on the left of the reception to ask for urgent help there. There again i was looked at and no one took the matter uo urgently almost 20 minutes later a supervisor came out and finally had a fight with the staaf as they did not assist and still no wheelchair . Only when the supervisor had a fight with the staff they came with a wheelchaire after more than 20 minutes. My wife was taken to the 3rd floor where she was helped very nicely and i had not had one issue with the ehole stay on the 3rd floor. A lady from admin came an hour later to apologise and told me they wil get me the names of the staff when i go downstairs to the supervisor. When i went down to the supervisor (romano) sge told me she knows of nothing of the ordeal. And i said no its fine then i have photos of the staff and will make sure i report them to the medical board and their names will surface. Today my wife is being released and still no apology or names thus why i am writing here today @ 9:30 2018-01-30 i will make sure the photos of the staff will be posted as they need to be named and shamed as this is no way to treat an urgent matter nor to be laughed at with no assistance
Today 2017.11.17 i went to kauai in eastgate only to find no contact details as they moved the shop into virgin active's premesis When i got to reception i was told kauai is only allowed to members of virgin active and if you dont have an account with virgin active and your not a member you are not allowed as the general public allowed to buy food which normally is allowed to the public as its a franchise and not a vip food court I was thrn told i can open a virgin active temp account of 180 rand and then i can get my food Thus i am very disgusted after 40 min and would like to tell the public to stop using their service as they are unwilling to work with non virgin active members Its a basic right for anyone any age to buy the food you want in my case 2 wraps
Person renting @ Jackelberry close 23 Sydney road, Jansen park Boksburg From day one i have had problems with this company. 1)--the day i moved in the guys (site supervisor)(JP/Franscois) told me that i am allowed to add cupboards to the unit aslong as it looks neat and the same as the current units installed. -i went and added 1 cupboard in each room to compensate as there is not enough space. 2)--When the oven gave us problems we reported the fault on the same day that we noticed it is not working anymore. -only 3 weeks after we finally managed to get IHS Property Management to send someone to come and do the repairs- as a result of having to wait 3 weeks without a stove we had to make prevention for other cooking material so we short paid our rent with R1200 .witch I have informed them I was going to do as they took there sweet time to fix our problem. as Parents with children we could not let our kids go to bed without dinner -the guys came out to fix the stove and all was in order, unfortunately 3-4 days after we were told that there is an additional charge to the repairs (as far as i know you should notify of any charge or additional costs BEFORE THEY CAN COME OUT) not to be told afterwards -the costs in question will not be paid by me as i was not informed, 3) - We had a rent increase, witch was fine we had no problem paying the increased rent. however we were not informed of this increase, when my wife spoke to management they said that they did sent out n letter but most people did not receive such letter. my wife then asked for proof of this letter, of course there was none! until today we still have no notice of this increase.- As per IHS Management they do not need to make us aware of such increases as they can just adjust your debit orders as they want to. 4) - We had a very bad toilet leak in our unit, we also struggled to get them to fix it. only after my house have been flooded with toilet water and we had a terrible smell for days, they decided to send someone out to get it fixed. We had to take off work as they did not what to assist us after work. 5)-- Now that we chose to move out and gave our 30 day notice and paid rent for the last 30 days that we will be staying (full amount) we where told by IHS Property Management group that we can only again ONLY move out the last day of the month not a day before or a day after (according to me if i have paid the full amount and left the place as i got it i can move out any day of those 30 days as the full amount was paid,and if i made other arrangements with the new place now i need to change and take out extra costs because i can only move out on the last day of the month which is also during the middle of the week, as far as i know, my wife and i are normal people with normal working jobs and normal hours @ 8 hour work days) today 2017-11-17our 30 day notice was declined and we are not allowed to move out as per the lady because our reason for leaving is not up to their standards, 6) - Our Electricity pre-paid meter is extremely Hi, are paying more than a R1000 for electricity and we only there on weekend and after work, It costs us about R7050.00 to rent n small 2 bedroom unit from IHS. 7) -i am posting this today to let the people know that IHS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is not a respectable renting agency as they do wat they whant and you as the tenant just needs to abide by there rules no matter if it is right or wrong. They also do not take the tenants complaints seriously. as they do not care about your human rights or your health. We have numerous complaints form Co - tenants of the same issues that we have had and in the end they were penalized and never got there deposits back as result of there complaints. Please read your contracts with them carefully as they leave out the small print and make you sign and agree to there terms and conditions without you paying to much attention to detail. That Complex has numerous empty unit as a result of this so please look for other renting agencies as you do not what to be in the same situation as we are at the moment. As i wont get my deposit back as per company in question, i will go on each and every social media platform to inform the good people of Gauteng regarding the company and that if they come across them not to support or encourage others to do so as they are there to rob you. thanks Willem Schmidt Cell: **********
<p>Firstly, this is my first time ordering from "takealot.com"quite excited i thought wow this is amazing. i did a payment 8 this morning of 12/08/2016, now by 14:50 i am notified that they will NOT be delivering today , yet i paid for the service., then when i speak to your people the calls are being dropped in my ear, at the end of the day it does not matter how badly i talk to your staff. i paid for a service and i didnt get service. so what i will do now is i will go to (Hello peter, Facebook, Twitter, as many social media platforms as possible to get people to stop buying and supporting A company with false promises.</p> <p>i am deeply dissapointed by this, especially as a first time buyer, and the fact that i am around the corner i am not even allowed to collect so basically im just supose to stick my own finger up my ass, as "TAKEALOT & COURIERS" are unable and unwilling to provide a service.</p> <p>thanks</p>

yesterday my account has been deducted from the debit order but yet again for the 3rd time now they have taken more than they should, my general account is R749 but yet every month they deduct more than a R1000 then i have to call in and then they cant even refund the amount the load the credit onto your account this is very poor and unacceptable i will no longer refer people to use vodacom as they steal from people thinking they will not pick it up i manage my accounts so i know where every cent goes. i wonder what excuse they will have i will share this report on all social media as this is unacceptable
