Dear LegalWise Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unsatisfactory and disappointing experience I had during a recent interaction with one of your legal counsellors. On 20 May 2025, I contacted your office seeking legal assistance and guidance regarding a marriage contract. I was attended to by Mr. Karabo Thipe. Regrettably, his manner throughout the call was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. As a client reaching out for legal support on a matter of personal and legal significance, I found his tone and conduct both inappropriate and unacceptable. I believe that every client deserves to be treated with courtesy, understanding, and respect — particularly when engaging with professionals on sensitive matters. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I am left feeling not only frustrated but also disrespected. I kindly request that this incident be investigated, and appropriate action be taken to ensure that future interactions reflect the standard of service LegalWise promotes. I also request to be contacted by a more senior legal advisor who can assist me properly with my initial enquiry regarding the marriage contract. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and handled with the professionalism that was lacking in my recent interaction.
This Bank has kicked me out of my banking App I am without water for the whole weekend because I cant transact from the App I am using the whole day they have been escalating to the "specialist" I am not even sure if they even did that because I spent 3 hours at thier branch in greenstone mall and 8 hours later still no one has called me, the call centre supervisor called Thandolwethu who gave me the reff number 123249597, from the same call center that I called on friday Around 16: 54 and the agent who didnt even ask for my information advised me to delete the app and install it again, thats where all my probelms started I cant even log in now, the call centre says I must go to the branch and the branch cant do anything and the call centre is blaming the branch what nonesense is this, so capitec has a bunch of incompitent employees that blame each other, I was asked for the same information for more than 4 times, they all saying the branch did not update.
The level of unprofesionalism at the Diepkloof branch, the disrespect from staff making run up and down just the get the size of the meat reduced and i was treated like a fool, I spend a lot of money there monthly and im treated like trash.
I Have app**** for a fibre line and services with this company and for the past of last week and this week I have been told the same thing that they are waiting for my line to be released today I spent the whole day chatting to the WhatsApp agent (Rabia S) discussing nothing because he/she was been circustic about the whole situation and the person told me nothing has been done from last week till now and she just escalated my issue only today and I do not believe the agent, because even last week i was told the same thing and no one cares in that company, the only team that does their job is their marketing team because they made me believe this dream that they sold to me and it was only a Meath. I am super disappointed with this people because i was told to wait another week for nothing.
In my whole life this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with I am regretting the day I chose FNB to be the bank for my business , their call center agents are pathetic on the the business line , everyone does not know what they are doing I have been trying to get the business account working for the whole month and till this day I haven't been assisted , Its not my duty to make sure that FNB take their employees for the product knowledge I don't even think their managers know what they doing , for crying out loud I was not asking for a loan. I have been taken from pillar to post for a simple thing getting a card for the business account they "claim" to have opened for me , what is the point of having a account that you cant even transact too, how will people pay me to that account, all this agents told me they do not deal with my issue I wonder who does (Macus Mkhatchane , Lennete Golamana, Sibongile Smimango )
I would love to send a positive feedback to Auto and General, I am happy with the service and especially the lady called Jogerah Martins she is the best , Keep it up.
Its Very Hard to deal with this company , and I feel they do not treat the people of color with respect, Consultants are too comfortable in their jobs to the point that they careless about clients but themselves, I was badly treated by the consultant called Amanda Schreuder, she has no empathy or mercy towards clients , maybe it is time for the business to take their oldest employees back to training or she just have favorites , My only sin is to be Mbongeni that is why no one cares about me although I have been a loyal client for the past 5 years , I am so Unhappy with MFC and i will never recommend this company to anyone
I have called the Truworths call center , And I was transferred to a lady called Qakiswa who made me to hold whiles she was busy laughing with her colleagues on the background hoping i will hang up and she came back to the call asking me silly questions whiles making fun of the situation, apparently truworths has changed the online store and my profile was not migrated to the new website and mine was not and no one could assist me.
I have been complaining from Capitec branches regarding my card, and account that there is something that is taking my money and no one is willing to help (Reff No : 6569 5816 , 6994425 , 70027092) I will be approaching my 3rd month without a card because someone somewhere do not want to do their job, is it that easy for people to get away with our money whiles the bank is sitting there doing nothing, I went to a branch in Diepkloof square and the agents there where rushing to knock off no one took me serious, Are you guys running a business or a circus, I am bringing business to the bank and my loyalty since 2012 and no one takes me serious, How must i go about using my bank if i have no card.
Can Someone please help with checking if this guys are real or a scam, Its been over 8 moths since I have submitted documents there for accommodation and no one is keen to tell me if I am approved or declined, like they promised on the application, or is this some government bribery scandals I need to be part of before someone can work. Is this a scam or this flats really exist.
