As owner of property I highly discourage the use of Landlords. Fire equipment 8 months past service date, Complex and buildings signless 3 years +, Refuse bin less than 50% of requirements for complex, gutters not cleaned and resulted in complete breakage (not replaced in 6 months). Information on when basic service will be delivered ignored by management and portfolio agent. AGM and other requirements are not met and access to information ignored.
Lodge a complaint with Ombuds due to Landlords not holding AGM, providing maintaince plans or financial statements of complex. The WC complaints department referred me to case agant Zizipo Mazitshana. In 2 Months I haven't even received a response after various follow-ups. I would imagine with property and property mamagement being a hot topic in the news that CSOS would be more helpful. I am very disappointed in the service received.
4 months and the false marketing of promotion has still not been resolved Andile?! Where is my refund as I am not getting what I paid for. Refer to previous listing and 100s of interactions with Dstv staff
Received an email with a promontion from dstv@comms.dstv.com. 6 months premuim streaming @ R199, it was paid and package activated just to be cancelled a week later with a bill of R678. Contact centre doesnt know what to do and nobody can assist. I suggested i forward the mailer of 29/12/2023 but no response yet. They dont see the promotion on my profile so they cant do anything. This is one of the main reasons why DSTV is losing subscribers it is always a hassle to get the basics done. If this is the case that it is false marketing please refund my money and I will report the matter.
Bought 2 Chilli Cheese with large fries. Lights out on menu, cant see anything Cant buy shakes Chips were old. Burger Bun Old Patty raw and cold, possibly half frozen. I havent bough Steers in years due to prices and prevouis moulded bun. Same branch. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME EVER

I don't think I have used this platform in years, don't know if I was having good luck or just started supporting businesses that provide good service. BUT Today I think my blood pressure was through the roof when I walked out of Capegate Makro. I was a definite sale walking into Makro to buy a desk as many of us are working from home and renovating our work space. Calmly and friendly waiting for someone to assist me in the office furniture department. Nobody arrived so I asked a lady to assist who asked another gentleman to get the lady working in the section, after 20min nothing. Randomly a red headed saleslady walks up to me and tells me the price of a baby chair??? I indicated after a few frowns she had the wrong customer and enquired again and she said she didn't care where he is and that she is busy and will see if she sees anybody who can assist. She walked to another sales person and just went on chatting, all I can figure is that Makro has enough business to care about selling a desk after 5 in the afternoon. On asking the 5th person I determined the person in the section went home after waiting 40min and not knowing if Makro has stock or not?!
Poor Delivery and service. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for delivery!!!!Nobody gets back to me, Sweetness from callcentre doesnt follow up or call back she is more interested in taking lunch...Serious???They can't tell me why the driver didn't deliver and details of attempts. Will never make use of them again for any deliveries and will request all parcel not to be delivered by Skynet in future. Thanks for making business decisions easier for me Skynet. I am glad Skynet doesn't need business in these times...
<p>Firstly Steers has spicy chips on the menu but staff member had no idea what i was talking about when i placed my order. 2nd issue: half my order was completed, had to send chips back as there was no spicy sauce on the chips (got home and only one chips was spicy after paying for two) also had to ask where the coldrinks are (once again staff were confused. I saved the best for last the one burger was moulded!!!!! STEERS IS WELCOME TO FETCH THEIR BURGER I AM NOT WASTING MY TIME DRIVING BACK. I am happy to share more photos. Steers is the only fast food i was willing to eat but seems they have lost their uniqueness in regards to good food and service</p>
I am very disappointed with Zone fitness. Firstly I mail to inform ZF Cobble walk that my banking details have changed. It was confirmed that everything is in order and up to date (I also confirmed a day prior to deduction to ensure the process was completed successfully - Just to double check). Once I realised it hasn't been deducted I contacted ZF again and they apologised and asked if it can be deducted the next week which I was fine with (Again not done). Last week I received an SMS to inform me my account is outstanding. Once again contacted ZF and again the lady apologising for the error and stating it will be corrected. I placed my order with Sumithra who assured me that I would have the order delivered to me by Thursday 10 September 2015 latest. I was then told on Friday morning that the wrong storage ottoman was delivered to the store and I would not be receiving my order. I spoke to Malini who was extremely rude and refused to allow me to speak to the owner of the store. She insisted she makes the final decision as she is the store manager and she threatened to cancel my order. She eventually did cancel my order. I have never been treated by any person sales person with such a dirty attitude and disrespect before. I am disgusted by Malini's don't care attitude and she will lose many customers hereon. She told me to send the turbo to them to have a look at and then they can Quote me on the repair.<br> They quoted me on the repair and she promised me that the turbo would be ?s new' back within specs when they are done.<br> I paid the money and when I received the turbo after they 'repaired' it, it had the same play on the shaft as when I send it to them. I took a video clip of the play, at least 1mm play, and sent it to Tyron Roll who worked on the turbo at turbo direct. He confirmed that the play does not look correct and that I had to send it back to them. This was done at my own expense even though it was there mistake. <br> When they received the turbo Tyron phoned me and said that play should be 0.1mm and agreed that it was more than that, but that the turbo passed their tests and was actually repaired. They send it back to me and I had to pay again for the courier. When the mechanic fitted the turbo the noise was worse.
