At Midbay where I service my car they are well aware that most vw cars are jerking because of their spark plugs. I told them earlier this year that my car is jerking they asked if there's new petrol station in my area I said yes and they said I must change the petrol station because their petrol is not good so I changed it and I also changed the spark plugs then my car was back to normal. My car is jerking again I'm 180km away but I had to put fuel and drive to Midbay I spend a lot on petrol to be told that I need to pay R3045 to change the spark plugs and they told me I'm not the only one. VW is making a lot of money that's why the problem is not solved and they are not willing to compensate you. My vehicle is still under warranty and that counts for nothing I think they are forgetting that Toyota, Suzuki, Mazda don't have the same problem. I hate vw
I bought a fan which I used for few months then it was faulty, I took it back to cash crusaders pongola where I bought it was early December 2022, in February they said it is fixed when I tested it unfortunately it was faulty. Now it's end of April I don't have my fan. When I visit the store they don't have answers, from December to date they never call me to give feedback I have to call them.
I needed road side assistance I phoned mi way they told me that they cover up to 40km anything above that you must pay and that information is new to me. When joining mi way I was told with the number of trips they offer per annum nothing was said about the kilometers. I'm desperate I need help I have insurance that I have been paying for more than 5 years without fail but when I need help for the first time they can't help. This is very disappointing I lost faith in this company
Thobeka from multichoice I don't know if she is a ceo or the highest shareholder at multichoice. She has been connecting and disconnecting my services as she please. I paid on the 27 I used a wrong reference I phoned she requested proof of payment on 2/2/22 I sent it on the 3rd she said she wants more I sent everything. She connected my services after 5 days she disconnected them I phoned again I was connected after 3 days she disconnected I phoned she connected them. Sunday 13/2/22 she disconnected I phoned snegugu she escalated to thobeka now she wants another proof of payment of her format I don't know if I must create. I complained no one phoned
I made a payment on the 27/1/22 however the reference was wrong I phoned multichoice I spent 25 minutes with Fezeka Gana on 1/2/22 she said I must sent proof of payment the next morning around 8h40 she said she will call at 10h00am she did not. I phone again around 14h00 on 2/2/22 I spent 20minutes I told her the same story she said she will activate it and call me she did not call neither reconnecting . I phoned again around 17h30 2/2/22 I spoke to Siphesihle in Durban she refused to forward the call to her manager I spoke to her for 25 minutes she said she will activate it, it is not activated. I spent my airtime to call them they are incompetent and they don't respect customers how do you promise and not deliver failing to give feedback. They will not be a monopoly forever one day they will have competition they will loose customers
Telkom sold to me a contract sim before they gave it to me they checked if there is coverage, unfortunately there wasn't they said they will give me another one that will work together with vodacom i agreed the sim arrived is not working until today and when i phone them they are sending me from pillar to post. Customer care line is intentional not helping 7 days is over for me to return the card however they must try to debit my they will find me ready
I bought a car from mcdulings Leon was helping with the process of buying the car they delivered the car and I pain them R800 which was initially R1200 for delivery. When I saw the car I checked the car the condition of the tyres was not good I spoke to the guy he said it's fine I must buy the new ones and send him the invoice with the licensing invoice I was only refunded for licensing when I phoned him he said he <br> only received the licensing. I started afresh send him the documents I phoned him did you get them he said he will check then weeks gone by THE IS NO FEEDBACK I phoned him again he speak to his manager till today. He polished the car nicely so that I can't see any dents but after washing the left mirror and the bumper has dents if I tell him he say I must buy the Polish he will pay while he knows he is lying I was busy fixing the alarm that was faulty if I tell him he tells me stories. I bought this car in June 2015 Polo sedan 2014 model this guy's are pushing targets not giving customer service I didn't lock my car for 3 weeks looking for help they have a terrible service
