After accepting my +-R950 I receive my vehicle licence without a Disc. only to be told they forgot to inform me that I had another vehicle that need registration before my current disc could print. so, they will have to change me another amount to reprint my licence disc. wow. If only i read the reviews before using your services. how does one forget to inform your paying customer, but they could quickly send me a reminder to pay the outstanding amount. Plus, which registered business uses a gmail account... just asking
I'M a new client and already I'm having doubts. chat's on Webafrica is nightmare even tried calling all the numbers listed. so do I cancel and ask for a cash refund. because it's almost like I'm begging for service.
Rain is not a user-friendly service provider. why is it so complicated to cancel your subscription with rain. i sent an email on the 18 November to remind them that i cancelled my subscription and that they should arrange collection for their router. instead of calling me back as per there support email dd 18/11 they instead debit my account.
It's been almost 3 months now that I'm trying to sort out my billing. I swap from the old rain device to the rain101. So instead of collecting the old device I'm not using, I'm being billed. My account is being debited, bank charges I now have to pay because I had to remove my funds from that account hoping someone from rain will make contact. Seeing that I can't get through to the rain contact lines.. Sso much airtime waisted from listening to machines... Mxm
I've trying for 2 days to change s ticket date or cancel a ticket but no response from the whatsapp number given. Chats ends when questions are asked. I'm assuming eagle line is wanting the ticket to expire before providing me with information then I'm forced to purchase a new ticket after loosing my R600. First and last time booking with this bus.
After paying R270 for a fambic deal.. We get home only to find a burger missing... We tried call but as usual the phone lines don't work.. What a disappointment to my first Burger King experience.
I don't have an outstanding account with ADT and yet they forwarded me details to Norman and associate to Harris me.
So i opened an account with rcs in 2005 only to check my credit score and i somehow still owe them money... Apparently i made a pay.. Notnsure how in 2019 when i didn't even know i still had an open account with RCS.. Wow
It's been several months that I'm trying to either log in, forgot password, emailed, call transunion.. What else can one do to obtain your free credit report... Is there walk in offices.. Pse help
So i paid R460 as per DSTV consultant request to reconnect my service, well on the 6 Dec DSTV disconnected my service. Chatting to an online consultant, several online calls no one can explain why my monthly payment only lasted two weeks or less.. I'm confused.. Netflix is surely an option at this stage.
