On the 28 November 2025, I went to Cash Crusaders benoni I purchased a laptop for Cash, and lay buy an IPhone 8 plus 256gb, the sales lady that was helping me, Ratshipi Teboho, I have not been in benoni since that time, today Wednesday 18 February time is 17: 25 I send my girl friend with a copy of my ID and a slip to cancel the order, I am told I canceled my lay buy on the 16th December. I was nowhere close to benoni on that day, this *********** fools cannot even tell me who canceled the Lay buy, I am requesting who canceled the order from the store stuff and why did they not have id and slip copy and signatures of the person who signed for the release, because this is a standard procedure at any store. The manager or the supervisor says to this Teboho person that this is the second time this thing happened at this store. Now we cannot even trust stores because ********s are employed, they obviously cancel the lay buy to ***** money. Even in the midst of this serious situation the store manager cannot come to the front to handle this situation. I mean now they my Id and slip should be left with them while they conduct investigations, how do you live documents like that with ********s, so they are used to canceling people's lay buys this ******* working at this store. I have dealt with Cash Crusaders Nigel for many years, I have never come across this. All I want is my money. What are they investigating because a person who releases an item should log in with thier names, and should tell us who they released the item to and documents thereof.
2025/12/09 Today I am supposed to be flying to Durban at 6:40 to 7:40, I passed security check in at about 5:20 I sat and ate at wimpy till 6:10, and I joined the boarding que from 6:15 went yo bathroom at 6:20 and I came back 6:20 to 25 and the boarding gate is closed the plane only take off at 6:40 and boarding gate should be closed on 6:30 as to why they closed boarding gate before 6:30 is a mystery now they send us to change the ticket, you have to pay R1000 for next flight guaranteed or R300 for a stand by and is not guaranteed. In the first place I was not late for my flight but cheated by the boarding gate that closed before time, I ask the useless people on help desk if they can check the time of my security passing time. So flysafair is cheating passengers by allowing the gates to close before time so to charge more money.
I previously wrote a negative review about Stevens & co about the generator I bought from them, and the drive and inconvenience I experienced understanding that machines are just that machines, they break any time. I am writing to give a big ups to the company and specifically the manager Eric a very plasent guy. Thank you, for turning a bad situation to the best one. My machine was replaced
I bought this machine generator from this company, on the 15th April 2025, before the machine can do even 15 hour for service the machine is giving problems. I took the machine in the company for the machine to be checked, after machine was checked I was told the machine was ok, I drove over 100kms on arrival the machine is giving same problems. I don't understand this about this company.
I am a client of Auction Nation, and few other auction house, In my 15th year of buying salvage, I haven't come across auction house that so blatantly disregard their clients like auction nation. Soon as you pay for your purchase you will struggle to get help from them, no management nothing, you will call them they will promise to come back π but they won't come back to you. I am sorry but this was a last vehicle I will buy from this useless company, but then we know keep disregarding you clients and see when you loose them all to your competition. I called with a problem of registration of a vehicle because they gave me the id that is not updated, the natis department manager Reney is the most useless one who doesn't respond to clients or even bother giving feedback to clients. I have make over 10 calls to her, no response. Avoid buying from this unprofessional company that doesn't respect it's customers. You will loose this clients to competition because unprofessionalism. Your management team is very useless
This useless Company, is a ***** please refrain from using it, they sell cars and advertise falsely, I drove 200km for a vehicle they advertise, after speaking to a sales lady called Sneh who confirmed the car is there and is accident free. We get there it is bunch of dumb Nigerians ****ers, show us car of 2008 when they advertise 2014 car. All car are painted like with a brush very unprofessional business.
On the 16th of October I wrote a review about SMD and how they sold me ****** and recovered vehicles advertised as a accident vehicle. This company is so arrogant π although it is their fault for falsely advertising the vehicle wrong I have tried invain to get them refunding me although they admit the wrong, they have given me runaround with useless Investigations that I don't know what they are trying to prove. I have spoken with their useless managers who are clueless about customer service π today I am writing this review again, because in their arrogance they refuse to take responsibility, I have called, email and all they telling me they can't do nothing without the approval of executive, I am just noticed that even this executive are so arrogant or they don care about this dead company. If you admit that someone was wrong in your company to sell a ****** car as accident car and don't do the right thing for the customer now I have to carry the burden of the *********** managers and their staff. Be warned when buying fromβ οΈ this ******** organization they have 0 respect for you as a client. Their customers service is worse. I just want them to refund me, I have never purchased a ****** and recovered car by choice now they want to bully me to taking this car.
On the 26th August I bought a vehicle from smd one of the auction house that used to be reliable. I have bought many cars from smd since 2005, and since I had been buying from them there is two set of cars I didn't buy 1. Code 3 and ******, recovered cars. This was because of a personal choice that I am sure I am entitled to. I struggled a lot to get the car documentation from the branch to a point that I started wondering what could be wrong, no one cared to explain the reason of the delay. Upon the penalbeater completion of the vehicle I take the vehicle for registration to my surprise and shock I am told the car needs Police clearance π³ I argue with the people from license department because this is a type of vehicles I don't buy. Now in trying to get hold of smd to verify as to why did they omitted the critical information that this car is a ****** and recovered car, they duck and dive. Smd is now involved in ****, because this is nothing but a ****. I just want to warn people to be careful when doing business with them. I am still waiting to get clarity as to why was the car not endorsed as a ****** and recovered.
I have always written a good reviews for gobid as a company, because they use be good in every aspect of their business. But lately they have become one of the worst auction house there has ever been, I buy car from different auction house and I understand clearly they sell salvage. Recently I bought a vihicle from gobid, this is actually on the 5th of April 2024, I am under the impression that they should endorse if a vihicle is stripped to prepare the buyer that amongst the faults you can clearly see be aware the vihicle is stripped. Upon buying of this vihicle I realize that the computer box is not on the car it is ******, I bring this to their attention gobid. Noting this is not the first time I buy a vihicle and their staff stole a computer box from this car, the first time luckily the manager was close by and he was shown that the computer box is not there and he sort it out quickly. I continue buying cars from them although their services was at time not so great. Know full well that ***** people are the ones who strip and ***** the parts from the vihicle, now I have to be inconvenienced by an investigation of a ****** computer box. I buy lots of cars from other auction house for over this phenomenon of cars loosing computer boxes happens only at gobid, because they don't employ proper security services. How does internal investigation help me as client? I guess my money or support to their business means nothing. I can deal with that, what I can't deal with is mess up my clients because of their arrogance, now when I call the manager they can't even take my call. Be careful when buying from this ****ers, for over 15 years buying cars from Smd or Auction nation I have never had a computer box ****** from a car. All I will ask from gobid is please handle your customers with care because you might loose it all through arrogance.
I bought spares on the 30th December for a 2010 Honda Accord 2.4 upon arrival of driving 200km to and from the store, the parts supp**** are wrong, returning the parts that are wrong supp****, I am charged 10%, I don't understand the 10 percent when I have told them exactly my car specs, the ****** cashiers have a nerve to tell me he is helping me, when I am actually a petron to this ****** shop. Bumper to bumper the worst
