Worst service I have ever received in my life, seems like you need to dress a certain way for you to receive good service this days!!!! I went to Wimpy 14th Avenue shopping center on the 24th of January 2026 with my family, my wife and daughter went to the bathroom while I went to Wimpy to secure a table for us, on getting there i spoke to a lady that seemed really unfriendly, I dont even remember her name, I told her I would like to sit outside. This woman did not take me outside to show me the tables available, I walked outside while she followed behind me, i sat down and she gave me the menu, guess what I didn't see her again. My family came in and we waited for 20 minute before we decided to leave and try the Wimpy at Florida junction shopping center, the reason we still went to a Wimpy was because we understood that we can't blame Wimpy for the service we got, but we can blame the branch, I urge that you guys really train your staff, because of this action I will never step my foot at that Wimpy branch, and I would never refer people to go there. I understand that it was very busy at the branch but not coming back to your client to even ask what I would like to drink is just disrespectful. Please note that I had to walk out there with my daughter crying and screaming because she is hungry!!!!
BETTERSURE is so far the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with, i started paying my insurance in March 2025 and unfortunately i got ****** in June 2025, my gate motor was ******, i called the insurance company "Bettersure" to report the incident, they sent someone to do an inspection and i also had to give them the police case number which i did, i was told that they will get back to me but to mY surprise no one got back to me for at least a week, keep in mind it is not safe for me and my family because the gate motor was ******, i was forced to call them to find out what is going on and only then was i advised on my optionS which was, i either get paid out and i find my own people to sort out the gate or the company that came to inspect the gate can proceed with fixing the problem, i choose to get my own people so i requested a pay out. on the same day i got an email from the Bettersure team requesting me to confirm my banking details and sign a payout form, keep in mind this was on the 18th of June, i did all that was asked of me and i sent back the form on the same day around 1pm, i got a response from them stating that they have received the form and they will get back to me within 48 hours, the good news was that a lady by the name of Sylvia Motebang from 4sure got back to me on the same day AROUND 4:30PM stating that my claim was processed and my money should reflect in my account within 2-5 working days, i was happy and scared to hear that because it means i had to wait 7 days before fixing the gate, i called on Wednesday which is the 25th of June 2025 to follow up if my payment will be made on the same day, a rude and *********** gentleman picked up the call telling me rudely that he cant hear me and i sound far and i should speak louder and i kept telling him the phone is literally next to my mouth and the problem might be from his side, we moved past that and i tried explaining my situation and how the service has been so bad so far, the gentleman with no care decided to give me bad news by saying the money will reflect tomorrow and if it doesn't then i should call on Friday, i then confirmed with him that i got an email stating the latest the money should reflect is today, the gentleman didn't care and he kept saying he doesn't know who sent me the email but that email gave me false information, i was confused and i asked to speak to the person who sent me the email, but the guy stated that he doesn't know who the person was, he later changed his story while we were arguing that he knew who the person was but my payment will only reflect tomorrow i felt like this company by the name of 4sure was really representing Bettersure very poorly because of the guys behavior, i asked to speak to the supervisor, he agreed and told me to hold on but instead of transferring me to the supervisor he hanged up the call. I decided to call back please keep in mind that i am using and wasting my airtime, a lady by the name of Kekeletso answered and i have to say, her service was one of the best service i had received ever in my life and i am not exaggerating, i had to explain the story all over again, she actually understood my frustration and she went to find out what the issue was, she put me on hold and after 5-7min she came back to me with an answer, she claimed that my banking details were wrong, i was shocked because Sylvia could not email me or call me back to tell me that my banking details were wrong, i had to call in to hear that, so i told Kekeletso that the banking details are correct, she then told the claims people to pay the money again so i asked if the banking details is correct and she said yes, i was very confused because i don't know what games this people were playing. Kekeletso went all out to make sure that they do an immediate payment for me since the mistake was from there side, she said she will follow up with me at 12pm to see if the payment had reflected, so i will wait to see if that happens and if i get my money. its just sad that Bettersure can collect my money every month with no issues but to give me the service i pay for then becomes an issue, my question is how can the banking details be wrong if you collect your money from the same bank account. i am glad i haven't been with you guys for a while i might have to check my options because this is my first claim and the claim is so small and i am already going through this issue imagen if its a big claim.....
Battery clinic roodepoort really ****med me by selling me a faulty battery and they told me it's a brand new battery. I went to battery clinic Roodepoort on the 15th of January 2024 to get a second hand battery, Stevie was the cashier who helped me on that day, he managed to convince me to buy a new one for R1215.00, he stated the battery comes with a 12 months warranty and I agreed to buy it. On the 6th of April while driving my car just stopped at Malibongwe drive by BP, I called in a mechanic to come check the car out which he did, and he found nothing wrong with the car he tested the alternator and everything else and said nothing was wrong with the car and the car battery was faulty, I told him it could not be because I bought the battery only 4 months ago, he advised I take it back, I towed the car back home. On the 8th of April 2024 I went to car battery clinic Roodepoort where I bought the battery to complain, they started acting funny asking me if I brought the car in for testing after buying the battery I said no because no one told me to, I was only informed that the battery comes with a warranty, the white gentleman helping on that day was saying they will never sell a battery without informing a client that they have to bring in the car for testing, meaning he was stating that I was lieing, so he called someone and that person advised that they charge the battery over night, he informed me the way foward which I agreed, following day on the 9th of April 2024, I went back at 8am sharp, and thesame gentle man that helpede the previous day was there and I went to him, he went to check if the battery charged and when he came back his whole attitude changed and he started saying the battery didn't charge and their is nothing they can do because I didn't bring the car for testing, he stated that he called the guy that helped me and the guy did advice that he told me about bring the cat for testing which was a lie, I stay 5 minute away from that place why wouldn't I bring in the car if he told me to. The gentleman started becoming ride telling me to check my receipt and the information of bringing the car was on my receipt, the honest truth was it was written there but I didn't check because no 1 informed me about bringing in the car I was only told not to loose the receipt unless the warranty does not stand which I kept the receipt well. Guys be careful of battery clinic roodepoort, they are bunch of ****mers, I have wasted R1215.00 on a product that lasted 4 months. If you go and buy there then that's on your own risk because you have been warned
This review is not targeted to Affinity health but it's directed to NRD which from my research is part of Affinity health. Nrd is not on hello Peter hence why I am writing to Affinity health. I got a call from an agent by the nane of Toluwalashe Disu he calls himself Smart(he really thinks he is smart by trying to cover up he's useless service with that hyper personality) when the gentleman called me I gave him a listening ear to give him a chance to sell he's product, I do this because I might need the product plus it's a job that provides for people's family, note that I was called on the 6th and I was pitched the medical health product not sure of the name but I am suppose to pay R153.00 for the product, I thought OK this is a good deal and I wanted to get it for my 2 year 7 months old baby since she does not have a medical aid, I made it clear to the gentleman why I am getting the product and I also emphasized on the issue of me being ****med in the past so I didn't want any issue. I signed my daughter up on the 6th the gentleman promised me a free month and guess what... Today is the 19th and my application is still not active, so much for the free month, I kept trying to communicate with the sales agent to ask what is going on, but most of the time I can't get a hold of him and I send emails but he does not reply, finally he calls me to give me more excuses and lies, the gentleman told me I can start using the product already event though the application is not active(I know this because I called nrd call center twice and they kept explaining to me that the policy is not active so it means I don't have a policy number, in other words I'm not active on the system), but Mr Smart insisted that I can use the product sjd that I have a policy number and he will send it to me, it's been more than a week now and I'm still waiting for the email, I have sent him emails but he did not respond, my daughter was very sick on the 12th of Dec and I was convinced I had a product that I could use to help my daughter but didn't know how and I was stuck. Its really sad that people like this destroy an image of a company without any care or concern, all they worry about is the commission they get, I want my policy canceled, please do not debit me NRD. Worst service I have ever recieved guys, be careful of this company, I just pray you guys don't start taking money in my account when ever you feel like. Now I probably will do what most people do and drop the call when people call me to sell me things.
Warning to anyone wanting to rent a property!!!! Keywest experts/ keywest properties is filled with liars and thieves. I should have known from the beginning to run away from this people from the first day I contacted Teresa Steenberg, she was so nice and friendly at first, I felt for it and was eager to work ith her/her company, I went to view a property at Allen's nek 1 bedroom apartment at park Avenue, the property was in a bad state, the price I was being charged did not match the property so I negotiated and that went well, I requested certain things be fixed like the paints and for the carpet to be cleaned and windows be fixed like I said it was in a bad state, Teresa confirmed that it will be sorted out and that put my mind at ease to actually sign the lease and pay the deposit and I also paid 2 months in advance, when it was the day for me to move in I had to meet with Teresa to collect the keys which I did as usual she was really friendly and welcoming, I went into the apartment to see that the apartment was not painted and the only thing that was done was the carpet, I was so confused and I asked her if the place was going to be painted to my surprise she said no it won't, I didn't make a fuss about it I asked if I could paint it myself and she agreed stating the owner won't mind aslong as it's the right colors, well I spent 2100 painting the whole apartment didn't ask for a single cent, fast foward to when I have to move out after my lease expired the place was kept perfectly I even got someone to come in and spring clean the same day I was leaving, no damages, I requested for my refund, to my surprise I was charged ridiculous amounts for water and electricity I was also charged again for utilities that I already paid for, I tried communicating with Teresa which is the agent I have been dealing with since I moved thereb to explain the charges , she started ignoring my calls and could not even call back so I called her boss to no surprise she was not helpful, so I sent emails to create a paper trail no1 could explain to me my concerns, time to be refunded I got my 1st payment in December second payment in Jan and now I'm not being paid my interest that was accumulated from the trust where my deposit was, every tenant is entitled to an interest payment if you paid a deposit, I know this because I'm in the property industry, I will deal with this because I know the right places to go but I'm writing this review to warn people so that you don't go through what I went through because you might not know what to do... Please note the issue here is not the money but the principle and ethics is the issues here I don't care if I'm owed 50cent, as a company if you owe a client learn to pay up that's being ethical I feel like they have been doing this alot and getting away with it so it about time someone does something and I will be that someone.
Mweb is a scam!!! They are forcing me to use there product!!! An agent called me to sign me up I accepted, the following day i read about them and saw that mweb was a problem and customers had issues canceling there contracts, so I decided to try cancel my order and i took two hours trying to cancel with this people, but no luck, I manage to speak to a lady after 2 hours I told her I want to cancel she told me when the delivery people delivers my package I should not accept, and she will put it on her system that I canceled, well I accepted and drop3the call, I also emailed mweb about my intentions to cancel but I got no response, I left the province on Wednesday 07/12/2022 for work only coming back on the 24/12/2022, the delivery people came to my place knocked on my door, and my helper answered and they got her to sign for the package, imagen that. This is funny this company is a joke. Guys run away from them!!!
My name is Tisetso Howard Selepe, i am using my property consultant's profile to write this complain. i am interested in buying a house and i applied to the bank for one, my credit score is excellent but the bank cant look at my application because of an error that pops up by the bank which was created by experian in 2021 because i called them to update my credit report, i had an issue with an account i had with standard bank but i settled the account and i sent this settlement letter to Transunion, Experian and etc, guess what Experian was the only one that didnt update my itc report they left my application on dispute because of that i can put a roof over my children's head, this is a foreign company which came to Africa to destroy our lives, this is really unfair!

I ordered KFC (zinger fully loaded buddy box meal) on the 15th of July at around 7:51, I requested and paid for a buddy sprite, my order arrived at 8:28, to my surprise my buddy sprite is not included and I had to take the order like that so Mr delivery stole from me, im still shocked!!
Firstly I would like to thank hello Peter for this platform, it just saved me from a huge disaster, my story goes like this, I took insure for my delivery bikes with outsurance and I was told that I should get tracker to get a low premium, I thought of car track because I see their adds on a daily basis so I went to their website and requested a call back, they were quick to call me kudos to them for that, but the sales agent was unprofessional and he sounded like he wanted to scam me rather than help me, keep in mind I have been a sales manager for more than 4 years and I was totally shocked on how a big company like car track would employ agents with no ethics or training on customer service, well I told the agent I was not interested and the following day I requested for a call back, I was called but guess what, still thesame service the agent sounded shady he was not giving me any information he just wanted my banking details, so I refused then my intuition told me to visit hello Peter to read about car track...... Surprise surprise I saw all the complaints, not even one good comment from a client, wow I was just saved, I will be taking my business somewhere else...... Thank you hello peter
Worse bank ever!!!!!!! i am a young black male trying to chase hes dream and one of my dream is to own my house, my finical adviser advised me that if i want to realise my dream i need to ensure my credit score is good excellent and he gave me tips on how to make that happen and one of the tip was to get a loan from the bank and pay back the loan on time, a friend advised me to go to capitec bank which i did and i decided to go with them, Capitec requested for some documents which included my bank statement and payslip which has my pay date, the consultant helped me but seemed to have made an error on my pay date, which ended up affecting my credit score, i called Capitec to fight with them but they were insisting i go back to the bank with my documents for them to fix the date, which i did i got there at 10am was only done at 3:30pm was called to come back twice on that day which i didn't complain because i needed this to be done, i was assured that i would get follow up to inform me that this as been done, i had to be the one following up with the consultant at the branch i which proof in form of a whatsapp convo, he later assured me that everything has been done, only to find out that nothing has been done because capitec keeps sending me messages that i am behind with my payment, i called the head office to find out what is happening, they told me nothing has been done and i need to give my information again, firstly i am paying my bank for this debit order bouncing and my credit score is being affected keep in mind that it took me 6 years to build, my warning to you guys out there stay away from Capitec dont go for a loan they dont know what they are doing and they will destroy your credit score right now i am crying because my hard work basically will be for nothing i cant wait to pay off the loan and close that useless account, will be sending all this to the news paper and radio i have all the proof which is all the recordings and whatsapp convos, i have emailed ombudsman with all the proof waiting for someone from there to call me, guys stay away from Capitec don't say you wern't warned
