Constant issue ordering on the app. Every mc Donald’s drive thru literally cannot fill the order correctly. App take money or points but does not supply the paid and purchased food. Customer service is non existent. I’ve tried to resolve issues on the passed and constantly met with an sms to say complaint solved but not one person from mc Donald’s has ever contacted me or actually dealt with any complaint. Time to take business else where.
Incorrect payout on bets last weekend. Reported to their email helpline. Almost a week later and not a peep. Would advise you to take your business elsewhere as I am doing. Too many issues with the same company. Opened an account elsewhere and noticed you get better odds than Hollywood.
Why does your order get accepted? And then get told by the delivery driver, after it’s too late to order anything else, that the shops closed and you’ll get a refund.. yet you can’t report the issues to them directly... find myself on here asking has anyone else had this issue? Zero Star. Ordered items didn’t arrive and was reported immediately. a coupon code was generated but it’s our responsible to enter it next time you order why it doesn’t automatically come off one can only speculate... I have raised this concern with them yet they do not reply and ignore me and my two emails. I don’t ask for more than what is fair. If I pay for something I expect that when something is forgotten just refund what is due. Money doesn’t expire next month and doesn’t have to be spent at only one place like a coupon does. Very poor, forgot items now refuse to refund by ignoring me.
Wish I could rate at minus! Multiple times when I’ve order I then watch my food get picked up and driven around for 20-30mins, I can only assume delivering other meals. Time again my food arrives it’s cold and More recently missing items as well. I have tried to deal with Mr D food privately along their channels of communication. From my experiences this company doesn’t take customer service as seriously as they claim. There are no reference numbers or ability to track and identify ongoing and continuously reoccurring problems that I have experienced. Even when dealing with the same complaint you will respond to one service agent and get a response from another service agent. Normally an apology or a coupon to spend more money with this so called service, yet from complaint one I have said I am not interested in apologies or coupons I don’t want freebies I just want what I paid for an if there is an issue for it to be dealt with do it doesn’t happen again...#next delivery guess what... you guys literally have one goal one job one objective “pick up and drop off food” And you can’t get it right! Thank you but no thank you, I will never use your service again!
Shocking Service. It’s been 8 months since my first email and not one response to one of my multiple emails. Multiple phone calls even re emailing through to “Judyw@Finrite.co.za” has not been responded to. I phoned back and was assured my emails had been received and management confirm my phone would be insured. That was 7months ago. What really grates me as well is Vodacom agent selling me the phone was happy to take my money for the phone but couldn’t or wouldn’t help with the insurance of the device as ever other Vodacom salesman at Old Fort Road had helped before. But not this salesman who assured me it was as simple as filling out the form and emailing it through to to the email address provided on the form.
The date and time of this incident is not exact as the saga was drawn out & I'm a busy man & it has taken me time to sit down and write a report. I went into classic eyes for new lenses & to buy a new pair of glasses. I sent in a pair of vonzipper frames which I had purchased from them for new lenses & at the same time I purchased a new pair of guess frames on the Friday. I was promised the job would be completed by the following monday. That monday came & went as did the week, I had to contact them the following friday to ask what the hold up was, that is when I was informed they had broken my vonzipper frames while fitting the new lenses. I was instructed to come in & choose a new pair of frames. when I arrived the following week a new pair of frames had been picked out for me?? they were not vonzippers or of equal value but rather a pair of cheap generic frames which I was totally unhappy with. the frames chosen for me were worth only 10% of the value of my vonzipper frames they were unwilling to replace apples with apples. when the owner finally decided to get involved I was told they will not replace leaving me over R2000 out of pocket. I certainly will not be returning!!
