i contracted Bafute Cleaning Services to clean my carpets/upholstery. On the day of "service", I was messaged to say they would not proceed until they received a proof of payment. Never discussed before this. I said I would do an EFT before the team left me. I asked whether they pay for food at a restaurant before they've eaten it, or paid for a car service before the job is done? Anyway, ended up arguing about this, only to be told, that in fact, they wouldn't be coming anyway because it was going to rain (which it didn't). Just as well I hadn't paid! Dodgy - to be avoided - carpet cleaners are a dime a dozen
Fraud is currently happening on my cell phone number. I have called, I have mailed, etc, etc. I have been given incorrect telephone numbers, mail addresses, etc. And this is an organisation whose core business is communication. To date, I have still not been contacted by anyone from MTN fraud - reported for the first time on Thursday evening. I'm dumstruck
my first communication was beginning of September - I have sent many follow up mails - to date, I have no response regarding status or resolution - including the Ask Once desk. query is around E/L BWA O'Kelly
never received my online order from November. They have had my money since November - cannot get a refund - many, many mails and conversations with at least 15 different people. They have now resorted to ignoring. Just want my money back - what an unbelievable debacle.
i purchased a charger at OR Tambo - tried to return it at both stores at Northgate - I am told that I can only return it at OR Tambo - this is hardly a destination. How absurd that as a "chain", they can't sort this out. Why don't they have an internal courier system or something? Confirm I can only return and obtain a refund by going back to the airport

Trying to do this and am now told : a) because too much time has passed, they want a handling fee - why? b) will only refund on an original invoice - why?</p> <p>happy to receive payment on e-invoice but not to reimburse? never received original invoice. no mention upfront of return within a specified time frame.</p> <p>your core business is supplying product - not auxillary income from product!</p>
<p>NIGHTMARE - account disaster resulting in suspension - tried every possible channel to get resolution - to no avail - no service for 7 days. Celiwe from Hello Peter desk is aware of this. Now want a dedicated resource to sort this out. I now have to start the process of trying to get money out of Telkom - GIVE ME STRENGTH</p>
bought data via Nedbank online banking on 24/12 - still not reflecting. Is this a Nedbank or Vodacom problem? Shouldn't be my problem! Vodacom call centre says data depleting cos of downloads - absolute nonsense - I have deferred downloads. Then call agent says it's a Windows 10 problem but he knows nothing about Windows 10, so someone will phone me back right now - still waiting. So yesterday, purchased via Std Bank - voila - registered immediately.
cancelled all services with Telkom because of poor service. Received an acknowledgment of cancellation more than 2 weeks ago and advise that I would be contacted within 48 hours - to date, nothing. Still awaiting answers to 3 questions: do you want modem/handset etc back or can I bin? Can I keep email address? Has billing been advised that I will not be paying because of no service received (and bill was double usual amount)?<br> <br> Unbelievable
