If you want to buy **** perfumes then don't say I didn't warn you, they have no smell at all and to think people are selling **** stuff in SA it's crazy , people are doing anything for money it's sad how do they make similar bottles and inside I think it's from Dubai, money wasted I should have bought from a proper retailer my bad luck . This lady is a ***** on all levels, people must be aware.
Horrible company i asked for minutes when I called them last year September and didnt have any money so used my daughters savings card and purchased once off minutes and didnt check my babies account and they kept taking out money from it till now. We in covid jobless and this me&u are thief's.
I am totally upset with telkom first time in my life I said I will move from cell to telkom to such a huge telephone bill ridiculous, when I call to take first contract all was fine it was 10 gig data for first 3months, 100 minutes and 1 gig data that is what I took, there was no availability of the hauwei phone a week later telkom lady calls me and says this so I said she must get me another phone with same contract, all your calls are recorded so go back and listen cause this is very bad service and I will never get involved with telkom again if this matter is not sorted as I've been with cell for more than 20years no problem with them and before I can even get the phone which u had no stock for you debited my account and now a bill for R883 I don't have this kind of money . Last year I received a letter with 2 free nights b/b, so called a joburg number to book got confirmation number and hubby and I took off from work due to it being our anniversary, what better place to be than in wild coast!. So hubby and I left early than normal cause my hubby made other plans before our reach to wild coast. At around 10 that day a lady nokwanda from wild coast called and informed me that there is no room available and I cannot go there, so upset and sad I just left it, then recently ive been getting sms for free nights and even got a birthday free night but so sad that whenever I call there is no availability??? Before having a gold card and calling in to stay using points for a weekend (40) use to be worth it for us normal people who want to take a break and destress in the casino, now going to wildcoast would mean paying nearly R2000 for accommodation for a weekend and spending close to R4000 in the machines and you have to pray that the machine even pays you anything . Please dont send me free nights for weekdays cause its not possible as I work! I hope some changes can be made as having a gold card seems to have no value if we cannot book any more.
Last year I took a data contract with 084145 and remember telling your agent I only want a 12mnth contract he said yes, ok, dont worry its sorted out only to know when I called to cancel your agent says no it is a 24 month contract? Then on numerous occasions I tried calling your cancellation department and for hours no one picks up that line so called your call centre there no one can give me an email address to send my cancellation letter nor can they send an email to cancellation department for someone to call me? After being with cellc for so many years I must say this is the worst service ive ever received, I want both my contacts cancelled with immediate effect.
On the 24th of jan I purchased a campmaster gazebo due to the promotion, on the 13thfeb I opened it to use it put up the frame then we put up the tent and it had slits on it, on valentine's day 14th feb took it to makro they said they will give us a blue tent top so we took it and was out of the store when I got home I opened it and the stitching was opened up, so yesterday I went back to makro with everything and I didn't want the tent cause I was not happy and waited for 40 minutes for supervisor and camp master guy no one came then the lady there says she cant do anything cause its not makros fault its the supplier so they will have to send it to supplier for repairs, I purchased this camp master from makro but now makro has nothing to do with it, I am not happy with the whole unit at all the frame is weak the stitching is of poor quality and I would rather spend more money and get a proper one than this, please sort this matter cause I refuse to spend money on something that is not worth it<br> <br>

From the begining of the year I called and cancelled my husband from my account, I was being billed R249 with him being added since he has left gym I cancelled him and called your call centre to inform only to be debit 149 for two months thereafter I was debited 249 since beginning of the year really?????? Then only to go to gym more than 12 times last month and previous only to be re funded 640 when virgin active debits my account for 750 , ive checked on virgin active system ive been 12 times where is 100 percent gym fees from liberty all a houx . I pay my life insurance plus I pay this rewards because of gym and this is the service I receive. I refuse to pay any extra fees for travel cause I only wanted gym and nothing else and made it clear on the telephone conversation so y am I being charged for stuff I didn't ask for? I would like this matter to be rectified as I go to gym and incorrect billing affects my debit orders.
To whom responded I would like you to know that when I purchased the pooints they did not say that only whdn theres availability then only you would get accommodation, really you have the nerve to say that I have used it for the past 3 years once a year offcorse with luck to where yourl had available I had to take and go otherwise it would be 6000 rand a year to waste , I want to give this stupid timeshares to a relative whom can afford this as I no longer can, I did call a lady from the number I was given from your call centre upon chatting to this lady she said there was a transfer charge and she will email me documents up till now im still waiting and paying for something I cant use please sort this out otherwise I will have to take leagal action against this company and im sure there's plenty of other people who dont know what or whom to complain to about this company
Buying timeshares seem to be such a waste of money, every month you people debit my account but when I call in to book accommodation, only to be informed with these lines, \Im sorry but there is no accommodation available
