I purchased a desk fan as a gift for a friend in December 2023. After 3 uses, she informed me it just stopped working. I then informed takealot.com and they collected it. It turns out that they actually delivered what I did not order. They delivered a cheap, flimsy fan, instead of the one I ordered. Now they do not want to deliver the correct item, nor fix the incorrect item. I am told I should have informed them in 30 days. Absolute nonsense. I do not want a refund. I want the item I actually paid for. I would not have known I ordered the incorrect item if they had not let me know as this purchase was a gift for a friend!!!
I'm absolutely appalled at the service I received from Ocean Basket Bloubergstrand. My partner and I walked into the restaurant and stood in front of the till. No one paid attention to us. We proceeded to check out the menu...still no one even approached us. The manager, Vaughn, also approached the till and merely stared at us. There was another couple who walked in, thet were immediately attended to. I couldn't believe it! He even had the audacity to tell me his name, and not bother to ask what the problem is. I'm never setting foot there ever again! Today was my first visit to Catch 22, next door to Ocean Basket!
I received excellent service from Hyundai Plumstead. Special mention goes out to Nickie, who assisted me with my vehicle's service!!!
I had a fantastic customer experience with Lehlohonolo today. She managed to convince me not to cancel my insurance. I am very impressed by her. She is very well-spoken and professional. Miway has an asset in Lehlohonolo. I'm definitely staying with Miway!!! I would also like to give a special mention to Zimbini and Puleng. You ladies are very well-trained.
I had the most amazing shopping experience at Dis-chem Bayside Mall. My partner and I were assisted by Rene Swanepoel. She went out of her way to ensure we were happy. Absolutely pleasant lady. She is the best pharmacist I have ever come across!
Today I visited the Dis-Chem in Kenilworth Centre. Ajay Ranchoo, a pharmacist. I was very disappointed with his service. We had 3 items that couldn't go through medical aid. He suggested the items that could go and merely directed us to the aisle. What I expected was for him to tell us the brands that will go through and help us select them. This would have saved a lot of time. I think this is just the culture at Dis-chem Kenilworth. I also asked to be assisted with purchasing Polaroid earphones, I was merely directed to "aisle number 3". I was also very disgusted with how the rest of the staff was hanging around the aisles in groups, having loud conversations and failing to assist customers. This was a very unpleasant shopping experience.

I am so shocked and disheartened by the pathetic level of service I am receiving from the Unlimited. They keep asking me to forward documents they already have, giving me a runaround about my claim. My father was buried on 23/11/2019, and they still have not paid out. My claim number is RPR042005. I am disgusted with their service and will report them to the Ombudsman should my claim not be processed by the end of 04/12/19.
I paid my dstv account these evening and called the call centre for reconnection. I was told it was sorted. As soon as I got home, there was still an error message on my tv screen. I then called for assistance. The lady who assisted me was so rude. I could actually hear her in the background, telling someone else (in Xhosa) how bad my signal is. She was very unprofessional. After informing her that I would report her, I was finally assisted. <br> <br> I am very disgusted with Multichoice's service.
