Worst service provider ever. I’ve been trying to send WhatsApp text or doing live chat on their website everytime I encounter a problem but no one responds 😡. I’ve been paying R389 but to my surprise today I went to pay at Pick ‘n Pay I was told it’s R 429 no one has sent me communication that the payment has increased or something What is going on FLY.COOL?
I’ve ordered MrD food ( kfc wings) the order was never delivered but marked as delivered Their WhatsApp agents are unprofessional and kept on ending the chat while waiting for their response, now they are telling me they can’t refund or tell their driver to bring my food. Their agents Lucan and Saskia lacks customer service experience Terrible service I’ve ever received
This people sent set a Debi check on my account and they are refusing to cancel it and they lady I spoke to literally told me there’s nothing I will do about it

She went as far as organising the car registration papers to be sent to SMD Boksburg which is very close to where we stay Ms Selamolela’s professionalism exceeded my expectations. I joined the funeral cover 3 months back telephonically, the Agent promised to email the policy documents same day but I’ve never received anything. Assupol has been deducting money from my account since then and I have no docs to show for it. When Leo request a call back on their website I’m told the customer service will call but no one does. No one is willing to assist me I called their head office number and was transferred to an unanswered line.
I bought a camp master gazebo on the 21st September 2022 and it broke while being assembled for the first time when we got home..I returned it to Game Vosloorus Chris hani mall where we bought it only to be told they can’t refund or exchange We asked to speak to customer service or the regional manager every one ignored us including the manager who was very rude and shouting at us telling us it’s our fault it broke and they are busy with customers they can’t attend to us..after an hour of waiting at the store the so called manager came to tell us they gonna book it for repair and all of a sudden he was able to contact the regional manager I nolonger want an exchange I want a refund The regional manager said they don’t exchange or refund gazebo which is not written anywhere in their Ts and Cs
