I have ordered and paid via Pay just now and still I don't have my order. My order number is NU3107.
The agents at Telkom are very polite when they talk to you but your problem will not be resolved. I have been calling from Wednesday reporting the business landline and still today the line is not working. This affects the daily operations of the business and sales. When you call the agents are very polite but your problem will not be solved

I have settled my loan on the 31st July 2020 and sent them to close off the account even today they have not closed off the account. The frustrating thing is they are debiting my account and charging interest. I have been calling and writing emails but when I call they always transfer me and no one will answer the phone where I am being transfered to. The emails are never answered now I'm not sure how to communicate with them.
Clicks does not resolve online queries. I order on line and the was a shortage in the delivery. I reported it last week already and they said they will come back to me it is a week later they have not come back to me or responded to my emails. 48 hours have passed no response. Check your order in the shop before you go.
What a horrible I have received from the Xpress Online Couriers. I requested a pick up on the 8 August and today is the 15 August no one has communicated back to me on what is happening. Their systems are not updated the more you call them the more they tell you to hold. I'm not sure if they understand the cost implications that are associated with holding for them while they are the one's with processes that are not convenient for the client. I am really not satisfied about the service they are offering. I am still awaiting the parcel and wonder if they will be able to do over night. They do not respond to emails that are sent to them it is really a nightmare to do a transaction with these guys I'm really dissapointed.
What a terrible service we always receive at U-save Makenta in Kwathema. They always have 1 till point open even when there are long ques. Some tellers are rude. They don't respect their customers. What a terrible service and very disrespectful staff

I had a query with my policy and Moteba did not only make sure that I have a price adjustment but he also followed up on whether I was happy. He was patient and made sure I understand how calculations are done. When we got cut off he did make a follow up and still was patient and polite. Well done for making sure that I am a satisfied customer and keep up the excellent service. You really know what excellent customer service is all about.<br>
