i WAS CHATTING TO AN ADVISOR ON MY FNB APPLICCATION. HE JUST DIDN'T GIVE ME SATISFACTORY ANSWERS AND WAS VERY CHEEKY SO I RETALIATED. IT WAS VERY SIMPLE I ASKED HIM WHY ISN'T THE PAYSHAP PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING IN THE RECPIENTS ACOOUNT HE SAID IT TAKES UP TO 24 HOURS, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, BECAUSE I DID 4 TRANSACTIONS AROUND THE SAME TIME. PASHAP FEES UNDER R100 IS FREE, BUT I WAS CHARGES R0.65 CENTS PER TRANSACTION. I CALLED THE PREMIER HELP DESK THE CONSULTANT MADE ME WAIT FOR OVER 16 MINUTES SO I CUT THE CALL OFF. Dear sir - I was at MTN Nicholway branch to do a sim swap. A woman by the name of Nokuphiwe Khumalo assisted me. When I got home I called the MTN call centre and enquired about whether ther was a sim swap request done, they said no. The Crescent Guesthouses - BnB/Self Catering. This is not and bnb Self catering. The picture of the guest house shown on the website is not what we expected. When we arrived at the place on Friday 5th July 2024 we were gisgusted with service and the place. It was suitable for backpackers. I tried calling the agent before and after we arrived - that person doesn't answer the phone +27 83 703 2232. I sent him or her a whatsapp message, but I did not get a satisfactory answer. The condition of the place below sub standard. I will never recommed BOOKING.COM to anymore. Had I known before I would have used Formula 1 or City Lodge
