I received a very very bad service from Auto and general since I call them the service was very very bad from towing the car to the current situation of me hearing from my dealer Vw Midrand that they are not paying for the warranty that I m claiming no one is saying anything I m calling Ismail Imtiyaaz from auto and general he not taking my calls since last week Friday 6 march 2026, be is saying this is wear and tear . We change this clutch last year 2025 at vw Midrand now they saying this clutch is finished . I m taking this up with their head office both Vw Midrand and Auto and general you will now me very well, I will teach a lesson you will never forget to mess your customers. good day I called vw lindsaker Midrand on Wednesday last week 12/03/25 I spoke to Funi service advisor ask to check if my clutch is still under warranty, she said its still under warranty and called my insurance to toll the car there at VW MIDRAND , Thursday she said nothing and Friday she called and said they will st******* the car but if the fundings are NOT the clutch WE are liable for the striping off the car and if it's the clutch we are not Raible for the striping off the car and yesterday 18/03/25 around 2 in the afternoon I called and ask what are the finding she said it's the clutch and today they called Funi and Founate MANAGER / and said the car is R21000 and ask why R21000 because you said the clutch is still under warranty and ask did you guys change the clutch they said no , I said will then collect the car Founate said I must pay for the striping off the I said I m not paying because i said last Friday you said if it's the clutch I'm m Raible of the striping now you are changing the story, ask for the recording he said there is no recording which is a lie because I called their number 0112053300 ask if their calls are not recorded , they said YES their calls are recorded which means the so called manager founate **** to me ,
I went to mall of Africa Mac to try on their make up The make up remover was to oily for my skin it ended give me rush and ****les now my face is left black spots I want Mac to pay me for my skin. I want my skin to be clear again . Good day 04/02/2020 I just spoke to Jabulile at 11:15 from Vodacom asking her about my Vodacom account why is it so high than normal , normally I paid R 347 and now the account is currently sitting on R378.99 I ask Jabulile why is the bill high she said I was getting discount, I mean discount of what’s I m paying a contract of 24 month which I signed . The contract must be R347 until it’s end unless I took advance airtime otherwise it’s must remain on R347 not what I m seeing here . This is just fraud we signing for something and we getting something else that is just fraud I m not going to pay that 378 I m not going to pay.

I SPOKE TO KYLE HE ALSO SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK , I M NOT HAPPY WITH POOR SERVICE FROM DAWN WING , I WISH GUESS THEY CAN FIND ANOTHER COURIER SERVICE.
I bought two dresses blue and brown at the space mall of Africa on the 23 of august 2018, the blue dress was fine , the brown dress is/was damage when I wanted to wear the dress the stitches were coming out , i took the dress back to the space at mall of Africa and they refuse to give me my cash back instead they wanted to take the dress and fix the dress and I dint want the dress to be fixed i want my money back, that lady so manager BAKA MCUBE was so rude . I opened the box to check my order Diego was damaged , lucy was short some items were not there , i called the customer service they adviced me to return the whole order which is Idid RETURN AND the guy SAID THEY WILL pay me back my money that i used at post office, i return the order on the 6 april 2017, i m still waiting for my refund and keep on callling them and getting these rude customers service agents , trying to find outif they did received my order, every day I call THEM getting the same story of the system is not working , this morning 16.05.2017 I spoke to faith from 08:02 till 08:19 she WAS so rude i told her that i m going to report this bad attitudes of hers., she said order is laying at cape mail post office the nothing that she can do , i m must call the post office , so I dont understand why are we getting reference if they are still harassing us with the call of that we are owing mean while order was return in april. I WOULD ASSUME IF SOMEONE CALL ME TODAY IT SHOULD REFLECT ON THE SYSTEM THATTHEY SPOKE TO THIS CLIENT ALREADY . I M NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES HOMECHOICE AT ALL , ITS SUCKS </p>
I was phoning the Benoni traffic department since last week Friday , they are not answering the phones I tried all the numbers 011 9996777 , 0119997238,0119996407, They are not answering I tried again today nothing. why are they having land lines if they are not going to answer them.
