Got a email notifcation of "Delivered" Yet I was home and my camera footage shows no delivery of this parcel. Call them the entire day but just false promises. Hire proper drivers to do your deliveries! pathetic service!!!
I placed an order online and couriers decided to mark my package as delivered. Called Build a bear through out the day and non of the customer service agents cared to investigate or call me back. the manager is never available. Absolutely no damn urgency from their side. Pathetic service and will never be ordering online from them.
What disgusting service from Mr Price and their "Lawyers". Even though numerous emails were sent stating we in a pandemic and some have lost jobs that we can only pay a certain amount, we still get handed over emails as well as the rudest of agents calling us at such odd hours. Mr Price, Stop it. Have some appreciation for the people that are still paying even though they are struggling. WE IN A PANDEMIC for crying out loud!!!!
I must say having a geyser bursting in my kitchen last wednesday and my entire kitchen and half of my house flooding, my fridge got damaged. I had to throw away a whole freezer full of food and the agent responsible Thandeka didnt take it upon herself to inform me of the report. I had to fight to get a hold of her and till today she has not called and has been avoiding taking my calls. I had to request a second technician to check my fridge and still no feedback. They were supposed to transfer money covering my food but nothing has been done. Pathetic service from Thandeka and I wish another agent can take over.
I placed an order on the 30 April. Till today i have not received my order. I requested it to be cancelled numerous times but still nothing. Edgars is stealing money by not delivering my goods. Pathetic service!! And lets not forget i have to now find money to get my toddler winter clothes!
Takealot has lost my package, which was suppose to be a gift for a kids birthday. they pass the buck to the couriers and blame them for taking to long to get back to them, however when I called the couriers they said the tracking number does not exist, but instead of Takealot apologizing and replacing the lost item, they are just to greedy for money. they are currently "searching" for my box for 3 days now. I am furious! I was a loyal customer, buying everything from them but I will never support takealot again and will advise anyone that wants to try them, NOT TO!!!!
I ordered a Tutu set from Lizelle on the 29th Feb 16.Told her I needed it before the 24th March as my baby birthday is this weekend 27th March. She sent me the wrong colors, never send the shoes which was part of the set. She has not responded to emails, Facebook messages or my calls, however she can upload pics on fbk and send emails of new stock. she does not want to respond for a refund. what kind of service is this?
My mum has been with hollard insurance for about a year, till today we are awaiting for the stickers for our cars, we do not know who to call incase of a break down, or to claim.. when we call the call center we get transferred from person to person. it is becoming a hassle and we thought that hollard was one of the best. We will be moving insurers soon if I do not get a response ASAP!!! this is pathetic!!!
