Standard bank lost my money
money disappeared and standard bank does not have anyone who can assist me. I've been transferred to 6 different consultants who were absolutely useless, only to have been dropped from the call after half an hour. Time to head back to FNB1 reply

canceled my sim card instead of converting to prepaid
<p>Went to glocell to convert Cell C phone number to prepaid for porting purposes. They cancelled the sim card instead of converting it to prepaid and the phone number is now lost! Forced to change cell number now. What an Inconvenience! Employees in the store were not even close to helpful. Will never refer anyone to glocell or Cell C ever again.</p>1 reply
