bought the noola sprint. spent a lot of money on this pram. when it arrived, the front wheel was faulty and kept locking up. after back and forth with their customer service agent, they finally agreed to send a replacement front triangle. The front triangle arrived, but had the incorrect netting. The new front triangle doesnt work with the wheel as well. wheel just keeps detaching itself on its own. i would definitely not recommend this product. rather go with one of the other brands as this one has poor customer care and build quality.
Try getting any information out of them. cant even request a benefits statement without jumping through hoops.
money disappeared and standard bank does not have anyone who can assist me. I've been transferred to 6 different consultants who were absolutely useless, only to have been dropped from the call after half an hour. Time to head back to FNB
Staff dont want to help, no stock of phones, stores are offline. Worst service provider ever.
They do not answer their phones. Ever....impossible to change delivery address. Why anyone would use these guys?? I have no idea

applied for fibre, after 2 weeks nobody can tell me what the status of my application is. wait forever just to speak to someone who is not even close to helpful.... utter waste of time. F#cking sloppy and useless. want to move to another service provider, but these clowns will probably end up billing me before i even get my fibre connection installed.
applied for a credit card, was declined without even being contacted. poor reasoning for declining application. been a client for years, seriously disappointed... guess i should go back to standard bank.
bought Fifa 18 on their website at a discounted price. order was cancelled for technical reasons....False advertising.
<p>Went to glocell to convert Cell C phone number to prepaid for porting purposes. They cancelled the sim card instead of converting it to prepaid and the phone number is now lost! Forced to change cell number now. What an Inconvenience! Employees in the store were not even close to helpful. Will never refer anyone to glocell or Cell C ever again.</p>
