Best service for replacement parts

I just want to give a huge thumbs up to Trojan. I hope I have the correct company. I bought a trojan strenght bench. It seemed like the weights was laying on the cushions of the bench while in storage. It was flat. I cantacted trojan and the dropped off new items. Best service I have ever gotten from any company in a very very long time in south africa.

Breakfast bun over priced

Very disappointed with the breakfast bun I got today with the dricus fight. Burger came with 1 bun - R3 1egg - R2 1 piece of bacon - R3 1 cheese slice - R2 1 Patato as chips - R3 R13 worth of items and they charge R69. Redicioulous price for what you get. Won't recommend to anyone.

**** special prices (dont beleive email specials) from takealot

I got an email from takealot advertising specials. One special I noticed was Bennett Read Finesse Premium Stainless Steel Cookware Set for R1999 from R2789. WOW. What a special. So I googled what the price normally is for that. At GAME that same set is priced for R1799 without a special. What ****s is takealot running.

Edblo poor warranty service

I bought an edblo mattress from house and home. I went to the store to make a warranty claim as the spring is poking through the top of the mattress. I waited 2 weeks to get a response from edblo regarding this. I did attached all documents needed. I attached a photo where I clearly showed the top of the spring poking out.they contacted me and said they can't see anuly spring. So I asked them if I must make damage more now for them to see it. This is obviously going to make that spring push more into my back while I'm sleeping. How long they going to take now.? This was the most stupid interaction I have ever hade with someone. I shall suggest you buy from another brand.

No customer service

I wanted to buy speakers and a mixer from them. You must have certain cables to connect speakers to mixer. They don't have stock of this cables (first mistake because you need them so should not be out of stock ever if selling the mixers). Told them to source the cable from another store. I went back the next day and they did nothing to get cables. Told them again what to do. Next day went back and still nothing. He took my number and said he would contact m. I am still waiting. I have since send 3 emails to customer service and got no reply from them. How do you you claim to have best customer service on the website with this type of service????? Do not support them.

Still waiting for refund

I have been waiting for a refund on items I never even got. It's been 3 weeks already. This company is a complete joke. Please don't use them at all. Scamming everyone.

I must pay them to cancel order

Snatcher has given me the worst service ever. When I bought my products they gave me no estimated time of delivery. A week later I enquired about my order. I got no response for about 3 enquiries. At last I got a response. They told me may take 7-10 working day. Unacceptable. Then I told the I wanted to cancel order because it is taking to long. They said I must pay n 15% cancelation fee. So I must pay the for canceling because they gave me bad service. Please don't use them if you want any type of service

Octotel does not contact customers

I placed an order via webafrica for Fibre line. Order was accepted and I was told I would be contacted by octotel for installation. It is 8 days later and I am still waiting for my call back from them. I can't recommend anyone to get internet from octotel. Such bad service

I placed an order with web Africa for a Fibre line. 8 days later and I am still waiting for any further steps to happen. I try to reach them via their whatsapp but I keep waiting hours on there. I would not re omend going trough webafrica and octotel

Vodapay app of vodacom useless

You sign up for vodapay and the they have 1 day deals. But the deals never seems to work. I was on the builder deal that you get 50% off. did not work. I wanted to get something on Gabitall with 62% discount. Did not work. Then you chat to the support team. They will get back to you in 48 hours. How does this makes sense on a one day (24hour) deal. I would not reccomend it until they fix all the problems with the one day deals. They are just marketing and using us at the moment.
