I am beyond frustrated with Mweb and their complete disregard for customer service. After being a loyal customer for five years, I have experienced nothing but silence, incompetence, and financial loss over the past few months. Issues with Mweb: Charged for a Service I Did Not Request – I was billed for something I never signed up for, and despite raising the issue, Mweb has ignored me completely. No Action on My Address Change Request – I moved on 30 January 2025 and requested my internet to be transferred to my new address. It’s now been weeks, and I still have no connection! Fibre Upgrade Ignored – I asked for an upgrade, yet no one at Mweb has even acknowledged my request. Repeatedly Ignored Across Multiple Platforms: LinkedIn: Public & private messages – no response. X (Twitter): Public complaints & DMs – ignored. Mweb App: Tried contacting them – never connected to an agent. WhatsApp: Finally got a response but was then ghosted. Phone Calls: Spent hours on hold, wasting airtime with no help. Financial & Personal Impact: Wasted money on expensive mobile data just to continue working. My child cannot even watch TV because we have no internet. As a single parent working remotely, this has severely impacted my ability to do my job. Legal Violations: Mweb is violating the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), specifically: Section 54: My right to quality service and timely delivery. Section 19: My right to receive the services I am paying for. Section 41: My right to protection from false/misleading conduct. I Am Done! I refuse to pay for a service that doesn’t exist. I am lodging a complaint with ISPA and the National Consumer Commission. I want immediate cancellation of my contract without penalties, a full refund for unauthorised charges, and compensation for the data I have had to purchase because Mweb refuses to deliver. I just spoke to Constatia Makhabelo from MFC and wow was she rude. I can't even write the way she just spoke to me now because the level of degrading was unspeakable. She refused to give me a reference number for the call and even had the audacity to speak to me like I am a animal. I am shocked to my core and I want that recording so that I can take it to the media. The way she treated me now is absolutely unimaginable.
*****! They signed me up and took my money and now they have gone missing. Blocked their debit orders from being cancelled so now my creditors are not being paid nor do I have money!
I called in last week with a request to claim and was assisted by Bandile Rantho who has since neglected to reply to me further. He said he would get back to me in 48 hours and it’s been more than a week
Unfortunately, my experience with Grounded has been extremely disappointing. Despite being a responsible tenant and a single parent who has consistently met all financial obligations without any defaults, my deposit has been withheld for an extended period, nearing two months now. Leaving the property in excellent condition as agreed upon, I expected a fair and prompt return of my deposit. However, the delay in the return process has caused undue financial strain, impacting my ability to meet other essential obligations. As a single parent, reliability and fairness are crucial, yet the handling of my deposit by Grounded has been anything but that. This prolonged withholding without valid reason or explanation has put me in an unjust predicament. I urge potential tenants to be cautious when dealing with Grounded, as my experience does not reflect a company that values or respects its tenants' circumstances or agreements. The lack of urgency and empathy in addressing this matter has been deeply disappointing.
This bank has not removed a paid off loan from my credit report since July 2019 despite my many requests for them to do so. This account which does not exist is affecting my credit score and they just could not care! Now I am here hoping that they will realize the seriousness of the matter and actually take action. I am hating FNB more and more. You disgust me!!!
I have a credit enquiry on my name for a company PDG VAF2 which I did not give permission nor did I do an application with them. I have no idea who they are. I see that there are numerous complaint on Hello Peter about this company. Why have you not done anything about this? I need this enquiry remove and these people dealt with by the hands of the law! I am struggling as is to build a solid credit score and then this! I will not stand for it!

My food was late with no communication and no staff to ring up the orders of the long queue waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>To to top it all off I got a warning for getting back from my lunch late!</p> <p> </p> <p>i hate you! </p>
