I have been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks now. It has been stuck in polokwane, to be delivered to Thohoyandou for 7 days. I am leaving the country tomorrow and i have not received my parcel. Called aramex, they promised to escalate and i stillhave not received it. When i track it , its in Polkwane since the 19th, its now the 27th and still nothing. It says its out for delivery. Never use aramex. I am now frustrated not knowing what to do to get my parcel. They really dont care about people and have no sense of urgency. What should i do now as they also dont work on weekends?
Xpanda polokwane, i was helped by a sales person called Werna. I paid my deposit for buglar doors on the 26th August 2024, was told my doors will be installed 7 days after deposit was paid. Installation was only done 3 weeks later, after i had to call and enquire countless times. The people that came to do installation did not finish the work because someone they had sent took the wrong measurement. They came to install the door that was not installed weeks later and they left the door with no lock because they did not have it, claiming they will come back on the saturday, it was a wednesday when they came. 3 weeks later, i am still sitting with a door with no lock. I paid the balance the very first day they came for installations. Its almost three months and installations are not complete. I am not happy at all. I always have to be the one following up, but before i paid i was being reminded everyday about the quote. Worst experience ever.Do not use them.
Seriously wish i had read the reviews before i bought online. Order was dispatched on the 29th August, i cannot track it with dawn wing couriers and i still have not recieved it.
Just had the most appaulling service at McDonalds in Klerksdorp. Ordered our meals on the drive through, when we got to the paypoint the guy assisting us (Sandile) said the R200 note we gave him will not be accepted by the machine, mind you, we had just withdrawn the cash with no issues. Asked if the note was fake he said it wasnt. His manager also backs him up and says the note wont be accepted by their machine. After about minutes of arguing, he eventually puts the note in and miraculously, their machine accepts it. The manager is very rude and arrogant and has no clue about customer service. After all this, not even an apology to acknowledge their mistake, instead Sandile closed his window and completely ingonred us.
Being unemployed and surviving on handouts is not easy, especially if the little you have is taken from you. I am trying to make ends meet but you guys are really not helping me. Bought R100 airtime so i can purchase a 2GB weekly bundle. Before i could buy the data all my airtime was gone. I had to buy more airtime so i can buy my weekly data. My 1st recharge was at 8:12, before i could purchase the data it was gone, 2nd recharge was at 8:19 that i used to buy data.Please assist R100 is a lot of money and i need the data for school work. Its not the 1st time i buy airtime and it just vanishes. Your customer service staff also not helping as the do not read but are quick to respond. I really need my airtime back.
Worst service ever. Our car broke down at 3 in the afternoon and we called for Roadside assisstance , 5 hours later we were still sitting waiting for the tow truck and the courtesy car. A lady called Cicile Ferndale was the case manager assigned to the case. She kept giving us wrong tow truck numbers and and false information about the towtruck being on its way together with the courtesy car. Mind you, we were travelling with the kids, imagine waiting from 3 to 8 just to get help from you. Luckily for us, we managed to get the car to a safe place to wait for them. everytime we called they had a different story. South Africa is not safe anymore, now imagine if we were to be stuck in a remote area. You guys really need to up your game. You are incompetent and it looks like you dont know what you are doing.
Placed an order on the 13th and my parcels were suppose to be delivered in 4 business days according to the delivery schedule. My parcels were handed over to dawn wing on the 13th according to the tracking online. I still wait today, have not recieved my parcels and have not heard anything from dawn wing. My waybill number is ********** 395031 and ********** 395025. Please assist. I need those parcels ASAP.
Struggling with CSD verification. Have tried it for ages with no luck. I cannot recieve psyment from government and closing for payment is the 15th March. I need this verification dond urgently. Please assist
Walked into the store at 17h00, Matlosana Mall in Klerksdorp, waited about 2 minutes. The lady walked out and went to her work station. My husband approached her wanting to find out about his data bundles. Before he could say anything she quickly dismissed him telling him that she has knocked off. She dis not care to listen or politely say her shift ends and we should wait for another consultant. We dont dispute the fact that she had knocked off. She could have said it in a nicer way than what she did.Her attitude was really bad. And mind you, the store closes at 19h00. Attitudes like these really put you off. We decided to leave without getting the help.
I am working for an insurance company, I sent a client to lancet lab ON the 16 November 2015 for test required for his policies. The ID number of the client were written incorrectly on the forms that had to go to headoffice so the application can be process. my company picked up the incorrect ID and i alereted Lancet to resend the test results woith the correct information. I have called them on two occasions and asked them to send the test with the ID number corrected and still my headoffice havent recieved the test results with the correct ID number. Please assist as this case has been pending for almost a month now, waiting for the results.<br> <br> I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY MESSED UP THE ID NUMBER BECAUSE CLIENTS NEED TO PROVIDE AN Id DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE REST ARE DONE.
