I have sent numerous requests to support and they simply open a ticket and never get back to me. This is preventing me from moving to a much better telephone system. Utterly ridiculous!!!
I have sent numerous emails, completed chats with Pegg, have made several calls and still have no answer / solution for my issue. Twice now I have been informed that the call center agent's supervisor will call me to discuss and I have had no call at all. I am unable to access my accounting software which has resulted into penalties, interest and issues with my Bank. UNACCEPTABLE "SUPPORT".
Shocking service and attitude!!!! I had a terrible experience with a very unhelpful lady. She couldn't guide me or show me examples and at first wasn't able to cut the cards I had printed. After I told her I can't accept that she 'magically' was able to make a plan. I will NEVER go back! Please remember that if I knew anything about printing other than A4 home printing I wouldn't have come to you for help. Help your customers.

On 26 September I walked into Carlton Hair at Cavendish and was overwhelmed by the caring and supportive attitudes of all the staff. They managed to create an immediate spot for me as I was desperate for a hair treatment. I was given advice on products and walked out of there feeling like a princess. Never book with Tripsta! The website is absolutely useless when you need to change or cancel a flight. You can only change/cancel a flight by phoning them and they keep you waiting forever. I have called a few times today and not once have I been able to speak to an operator, just the answering machine. I now have a flight ticket that I can't change and therefore have to book a new ticket and pay again.
