on the 12 Feb 2026 we received a notice of Change of rental management from Tergro to Harcourts. On the 20th of Feb 2026 i requested a confirmation letter regarding my deposit amount and the safety thereof, fast forward to the 5th of May 2026 i still have not received any communication except excuses why it is still not done. Today, 8th of May i decided to call the the Harcourts Alberton branch to follow up on my request, i spoke to Lynne Spruit, and she came down on me like a ton of bricks, stating that she cannot help me, only the CEO can type the letter as is the only one who works with the deposits, she was very rude, and talked over me while i was talking, when i could get in a word, i asked to speak to Justin Christison, and Lynne rep**** that he was in a meeting. so i went online to search for this CEO and got a hold of his cellphone number. i phoned him and got exactly the same response, very rude person, does not allow clients to speak, and accused me of being rude when i said the letter could take him 2 minutes. he even yelled at me asking if i know who he was. No sir, i don't know who you are, but your character is poor. He even said that my request is weird, imagine that.
i have been with Cell C since 2009, and have upgraded my 2 contracts successfully each 2 years, my account has never been in arrears. In 2020 due to the pandemic i have app**** for debt review, however my Cell C account was not under debt review, and in 2022 i was allowed to proceed with my upgrade. However March 2023 they don't want me to upgrade. How can i be allowed in 2022 but not 2023? Ons might think that being with a company for 14 years will count for something, but apparently not.
I app**** for a short term loan at Finance27 and was approved and the contract was sent to me via email, i signed it and waited for the bank debi check, when i checked the contract again, i saw that my bank details was incorrect, i emailed them my bank statement again, and asked to check my banking details. 30 minutes later i am being told sorry the loan declined. This makes no sense. This company is deceiptful
Best service ever, my husband has been buying at Active Auto for the past seven years, friendly sales people. it is always a pleasure to buy there. I also use their service centre as they are RMI approved.
I had a query with my husband's debit order that did not go off as instructed, i was phoning them to arrange a new debit date, however i had to hold the line for more than 55 minutes, when at last they answered, only to hear they are not allowed to speak to me, i am so disappointed in the amount on time it took to answer my call. the operator did mention that she will call my husband, so lets see what happens.
This company should close the doors, when it comes to signing contracts they promise the sun moon and stars. But when it's time to pay a claim, they refuse to answer, and come up with sly plans not to pay. Stay clear they are fraudsters... I wouldn't even give 1 star. They are arrogant and rude...
I have never in my life seen such bad customer service, i have a 8meg uncapped line, that never works. If you phone them you hold for 45 minutes, with no direct answers or resolution. I am going to cancel my contract with them, ss they do not care about the customers keeping their doors open. They don't deserve even one star.
I have been a Cellc client from 2009, i have never been in arears on my account. Today 01/03/2020 iwent to Cellc Vaal mall to process my upgarde, and i choose the Huawei T5 Nova, however they refused to process my upgrade because i don't (according to them) qualify for that specific phone. How can i be a client for more than 11 years, and can't get the phone i want? I know what i can afford, and what not. I am a very disappointed customer, and will be closing all my contacts with Cellc. I got treated very badly. Cell c should rather close all their doors, they are pathetic to say the least.
We have applied for a home loan trough Remax, and was told that they work along side Betterbond. I have never in my life seen such bad communication from a service provider. I am so frustrated, it has been nearly three weeks, and if i don't ask for an update, i simply don't receive one. Better yet, i can see that she reads my sms's but still no answer. People don't waste your time, get someone else to handle your homeloans
I have a Service Policy with MotorHappy(Liquid Capital), my March debit order never went off, i tried numouris times to phone them, to please collect the debit order, as this is an important policy. However it's the 11th April today, and after many failed phone calls, facebook messages, and emails, i still have not gotten any reply or phone call from them. It seems they just don't care. This is by far the baddest service i have gotten. Stay away from them
