The Beaconsfield branch has become an absolute disaster, it's never been good but now you walk in to empty shelves prices far higher than other companies and when you buy fruit or veg it's not that fresh. Surely if they can't keep up a basic standard they should be shut down !!! HOW ON EARTH can Ok Foods SA accept this ?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Twice we have made the mistake of moving with these, the second time because we believed it must have been an anomaly , both times they arrived hours late, both times our furniture and boxes were damaged severely, and both times we had to fit our goods in less space than was given, we moved last October and have items missing, we had clean furniture but when it was unloaded it was infested with ****roaches , and so on, if you want terrible RUDE telephone service as well as your valuable home goods destroyed then go ahead. I have waited a while , almost every plastic container was crushed and so on. Please for your own sakes avoid these people at all costs and pay the extra money its worth it going to Biddulphs or even a local man with a bakkie . Eezi Move are a nightmare. Their customer service is 4th world too.

Myn has taken months and month to change my address, I moved down to Natal in 2018. I have made numerous calls as well as been iunto all their South Coast Stores to change the address , but now we have some hybrid address on the invoice, this type of incompetence is what makes Africa the laughing stock of the world. PLEASE APPOINT PEOPLE WHO CAN USE A PC MTN
What a nightmare trying to call the telephone number, after a full lecture devouring my airtime, I'm bounced around from pillar to post ,this is probably the most incompetent and rubbish contact centre in SA and that's saying something, disgusting Makro we want assistance not your tripe we want service not you Making money on an 086 number.
What a nightmare, Its impossible to get through to this company, they keep on putting you in a cycle, and always have the same we are experiencing heavy loads, thats impossible all the time unless you have too many complaints. Axxess if you want business then answer your phone. Its obvious that if i were stupid enough to become a client and I had a technical issue I would waste my time trying to get hold of you. What a farce
Steer clear of this brand at all costs, the only smart part is that they smartly catch you with products that done even work, cheap and nasty
Please beware of this company, double check what you are buying, and not on their site it makes junk look good, I have several items bought that are total rubbish and don't even work.They obviously don't check for quality, rather try another service, I can't say they're Grey products but I believe they are
What a rubbish so called service provider, if you don't have service providers then say so, not put us on a revolving circuit and waste our time, they're the most expensive and now there is no assistance from them, good reason to take my 8 accounts to Vodacom. AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME TRYING TO CONTACT MTN. At least you could be honest and say your people are all off due to Corona, that would be acceptable. And you give discounts to pay as you go not to faithful contract clients. Disgusting exploitation.
