We booked in to experience what this hotel has to offer. Spent more than 2000 for the night. We had to walk to the casino across the road. Which is terrible. The breakfast was so salty that it couldn't even be eaten. . Very bad experience I'm not happy that I had to spend so much money for such an experience
We had booked to stay at the suncity cabanas on 11th Aug. After supper at welcome centre we had to wait in the cold for almost an hour for a shuttle as every shuttle that stopped said they were not going to cabanas. We forcibly hopped on 1 of the buses and he dropped us at cabanas 1 hour later. This was also we had a 2 year old with us. Got to the rooms to have a nice hot shower after waiting in the cold, to our surprise there was no hot water. My baby had a cold bath. When we notified reception the manager then changed our room at 23:30. The room he changed us to had such a small shower which we couldn't even fit in. When we called the reception again they stated that the manager was gone off duty and no manager could assist us at that time. We requested the manager and operations manager to contact us before we leave but that didn't happen. We were supposed to stay another night but with the terrible experience we had, we were not prepared to stay as it's just a waste of money.
I have booked accommodation at maglies park for 9th Aug till 11th Aug. When we got there to check in early they said our unit has been allocated already which was really far away from everything. When we got to the unit, the aircon were not working, the unit was smelling, the tvs were not working and neither was the phone working. Which meant we had to drive all the way to reception to tell them about the faults at the unit. The maintenance came through only around 9pm to check the TV. They came the 10th Aug night to check aircons and the room TV. This was the night before my check out This was so ridiculous and very bad experience yet again at maglies park. Yet first resorts does nothing about this. You expected to pay a handsome amount for the accommodation but when there is problems all they say is I'm sorry.
we have had an incident on 02/05/2023 at home where the garage was broken into and goods ******. a claim was logged with Iwyze on 04/05/2023. there has been no sign of them until the 08/05/2023 requesting documents and photos. everything was submitted to them by the 15/05/2023. the claims handler then disappeared and no feedback from anyone until the 26/05/2023 when we received a call saying an assessor is going to come out to the premises on the 29/05/2023 to investigate. what the hell are you going to investigate almost 1 month since the incident. 28/05/2023 i spoke to the assessor and he mentioned that by the end of the week (02/06/2023) the claim will be finalized. on the 02/06/2023 when we contacted him (Kreban Govender), he says he couldn't get a hold of the witnesses so its not finalized. when i told him it was his duty to contact us and let us know he was just rude and refused to listen to me. I requested to speak to his manager which is refused to give me details of. He has even **** that he didnt say that it will be finalized by end of the week. This is totally unacceptable. the biggest mistake we made going to Iwyze as they are the most ridiculous insurance company ever with the RUDEST and NONcustomer service staff!
i had ordered a solar lighting system in April 2022. it stopped working in July 2022, i logged a call and they replaced it on 20th July 2022. the replacement started giving me trouble from December 2022. i logged a call on 17th december 2022. they responded stating that there is nothing they can do about it as its over 6 months. but its only 5 months from July 2022 to December 2022. 6 months only ends on 20 January 2023. they refuse to take it back or replace the item. this is robbery. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
I bought 2 burger meals on Mr delivery from KFC east Rand mall. As I was eating the burger, the burger was raw. Only half of it was cooked. I logged the ticket with Mr delivery and all they responded saying they are sorry about the raw burger. Did I pay for a raw burger? Is that what I ordered?
I purchased 2 grand chicken spicy meals and a happy meal from McDonald's bracken city at 20:30 When I got home and decided to have my meal, to my surprise as I was eating there was an extra in my burger.... A WORM!! HOW DISGUSTING I called the store and the manager did not want to take my call until I mentioned I will report it to head office. She then called me back 10 mins later and says that I must bring back my meals (obviously I won't be compensated for my fuel to go back to the store). So she can replace it. According to store manager, they don't check the lettuce before putting on the burger, they just take it and place it on. She asked me to bring it back any day even the next day so she can replace it.... But hello, I bought it for supper and not to eat the next day... How ridiculous
i have been diagnosed with a chronic condition which is part of the CDL. every time my specialist has sent me for blood tests, discovery does not pay for all of the chronic condition blood tests which leaves me with HUGE bill to pay. what is the use of a chronic condition being approved it discovery does not pay for the tests relating to the condition? this just doesnt make any logical sense. i have complained to discovery but as usual they dont ever come back to you
