Normally I love their combos Bought ****in mix yesterday Not yet expiered but FULL of mites Was totally grossed out.
I am absolutely frustrated and fed up with Takealot. In the past month i had to do 3 refunds due to a product not working! Still awaiting my second refund due to them paying my refund into another persons account So i had to wait to the 9th for my bank statement to show nothing was paid to me. Now i am send up and down with the same bull.... Excuses and being passed from one department to another. I feel it is rediculous that the client has to struggle like this due to *********** staff!!!!!
Since 04 December I have been requesting my refund from Buffalo After paying them double costs for my delivery Due to first payment apparently not received They request for their banking details and their POP But when making use of their online link neither of those are available So now they have ****** me of double courier fees I have send numerous emails where they keep on requesting the same information over and over and over again This is quite frustrating and VERY poor service!!!!!
My father bought a battery from this company. Juan kept him posted on progress regarding the ordering and courier of the item. He was informative, honest and very professional Even with the after service. Prices also very reasonable.
Normally i am a good and happy client of takealot But in the past couple of months Service delivery is slower and items get canceled left and right. I orders a heating pad for R549. Now its "cancelled" as the supplier has no stock...but checking the website it shows as shipment 5-7 days....not "out of stock" BUT also note the price has increased to R999.....this has happened in the past as well Where the excuse of supplier out of stock is provided and the item is canceled But if looking closer Its actually that the item cost has increased. I feel this is very unfair That we as clients have to now order again AND again above R500 for free delivery Due to takealots negligence of not having updated their costs.
We went to Card on 03 January 2023. Immediately we were impressed as we came to the restaurant not realizing how busy they were and booked out. But they quickly jumped into action to assist us with a table and our waiter immediately brought a menu and welcomed us. After some great advice from our waitron I decided to eat the steak with snail garlic sauce and chips. My husband had their Cheese Fondue Burger and chips. We were provided with freshly baked little buns as a pre-snack with delicious butter. The drinks was perfect, beer cold and my chai latte devine. Our Waitron, Brandon provided EXCELLENT FRIENDLY service. Not only did he know his menu and suggested and made mention of the special that night, he also checked in on us regularly and provided us with our drinks, food and bill within reasonable and quick time. We want to thank the staff that assisted with a table, to the kitchen staff and chef for the incredibly juicy delicious meals, the bar staff for the quick and perfectly made drinks and most of all our waitron who made us feel welcome. He is definitely an asset as employee to Chard. It is definitely worth it to visit Chard Grill and Wine Bar in Herm****. And as we live here We will surely go again.

I had a very good experience with this spur a while back...i ordered food for takeaway and when i got home saw they forgot my onion rings I phoned and the manager profusely apologised and when i picked up the order They gave me a decent portion to make up for the mistake and some friendly service at that This type of error correction is what many franchises must strive for So well done to them !
I dont easily complain as i worked in the food industry...but enough is enough The past 3 experiences was bad with herm**** McDonals. First 2 there was NO meals available except foldovers. Then yesterday we bought the sharebox of R192 in chicken. As they did not have stock of creamsoda my only other drink i drink is coke .... So they where out of stock ..but i had to pay extra as i had to then replace with coke....and then The least they can do is confirm if you can eat cajun.....so i took the cajun burgers back as i cant eat hot meals They said (after some convincing was needed) that they would replace with McChicken. What i got was absolutely discusting! Hard as a rock (not over exagerating) I could tap on it....with a little lettuce and a smaaaallll drop of mayo Dry and gross.....Thats it!!!!! I through it away. Never in my life will i return.....i will stick with Spur and Steers Their service is excellent thusfar and IF a mistake is made they correct it in a professional manner ensuring your experience is good.
I have been struggling with the assistance of my wealth advisors to get paid out for one of bidvest clients driving into me in January 2020. For more than a year they have now been dragging their feet Someone told me at the start of this that they are bad woth payouts I had no idea untill now. I will never recommend this agency to friends and family. Worst ever.
