I have been assisted on the highest nerit of Customer queries. I was at first scared its a ****, but now i have been with Debtco. They never leave you high and dry. All the negative stories i have heard is not true about Debtco Group. I have been dealing with ILHAAM. She always respond to a queation or a querybthat may arise. She is just a whats app away. She even follows up if there is a problem im facing. She answered all my questions and still she checks on me if im ok. Last week i needed some responds from a company who kept continueing sending payment reminders and im on Debt review. She wentnthe extra mile always to give me peace of mind. I am really overwhelmed with the service from Ilhaam from Debtco. ILHAAM THANK YOU FOR REALLY CHANGING MY WAY OF THINKING. ALWAYS READY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PROGRESS. TO EVERYONE OUT THERE COME TO DEBTCO AND SEE WHAT THEY MADE OFF. Company of Honesty and Transparency, really doing what they promise to do, and that is to be there for you and your Debt. I made a claim for my Freezer. That was making my whole home's electricity trip. Miway send out Digical as the Assessors to asses my freezer. They came out and found out that according to their photos its the Thermastat. I got a guy from Freezer technician company. He is a technician he tested my freezer and open it and found the Thermastat is working and its not Power Surge related. But the Compressor that is not working. I have really not faith in the honesty of Miway. They are not helpfull and left me several times in my time of need. MIWAY told me everytime i claim its Powersurge and they are dishonest. So i am now cancelling asap. I dont want to associated with ****s. Please people dont join this company, your claims wont be hosnestly sort out. They look for every reason to tell you that its Powersurge.

I Ordered my stuff on Saterday at 06h28 on the 27January 2024 the morning. My order was never delivered. On that same day i phoned their customer care. They did not even gave an apology to me. Stuff was never delivered Saterday. Sundaybi called again after church and the again the guy said he will come back to me but never did. He also never gave an apology to me because he dont know where my order is. Monday i called again and mow i was angry and demanded my refund. I was only paid back the Wednesday. I uninstalled app i asked my wife to do the same. We wont be using ONECART anymore. Just time waisters. The one thing angered me is that we waited all the time and no one came or called. I will advise to all not to use it please. They are ****s.

Tried calling this number which was supplied by Samsung live chat but the numbers never work tried over a week now because i needed a part for my microwave.
I was at Multichoice N1 City to sort out my decoder and i really want to thank a Chantall at counter 31 who assisted me through my troublesim day. She really made my day ,by assisting me and sorted me out. She was very nice and she had the knowledge that represented Multi choice. Keep it up Chantall
