worst courier service ever....I was waiting for a parcel out on delivery on the 20 Dec 2023. The drive contacted me I gave him the address he said he was in PE but it was not delivered. They said it was the wrong address I changed the address as I don't know how they got the wrong address I paid extra delivery fee and once again they have sent it to the wrong Town. Its now in Cape Town and not PE like the address. I have phoned them several times and still sent to wrong address. This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. I have asked to speak to a manager and all the time been told a manager is not available and put through to another agent i was putvthough 4 times I will not recommend Buffalo Logistics to anyone as their service is pathetic I will be putting a claim in at Buffalo for all my costs if I do not receive my parcel this week. @Shin how can you use a company like this it puts your name in a bad light. Please change your courier company as this one is useless
I pay vodacom for fiber cell phone contracts and it amounts to almost R2000 a month. Then there fiber is always going down and we get no refunds from them. Nut we must still pay. I'm sick of vodacom fiber if you think of getting it dont. I'm on the point of going back to telkom as we never went down with ADSL line just slow. Fiber is ment to be the best to me it's the worst ever. My experience with vodacom is not a happy one.
Once again poor service from vodacom I'm on a 50mbps up and down line and I'm only getting 21 2mbps. I phone the vodacom fiber call centre once again, no help from them all they worried about is ref number and what date and not even intrusted in sorting the problem out. I'm going to go into vodacom tomorrow and tell them to take their kak equipment out of my house as it is a breech of service they promised to deliver and not doing. Thanks for nothing vodacom after how many years of been a customer with you. I am done with vodacom fiber dont ever get vodacom fiber for your house or businesses it wont work
I have had my fiber line installed just on a month and it is the 2nd time I have had a problem with the line in a space on 1 week. I have been a vodacom customer for over 10 years with my cellphones I have just spent over an hour on hold on the 0821904 number without speaking to anyone. I'm at the point where I tell vodacom to come remove their fiber stuff and get it out of my house as they are suppose d to supply me with a service I'm paying lots of money for but does not work. They are in breach of contract. This is not the service I expect from them.
My experience with vodacom has not been to bad when it comes to cell phones, but there internet service sucks. I applied on line on the 28th June 2019 for fiber and it was approved as I have been a customer with vodacom for years. Today the 16th September 2019 they come to install the fiber line, but don't have a router for me. I phone vodacom and they say no router has been asigned to my order and once they get something from the installers then they will asign a router to my order, meaning I have to wait longer for my fiber to work. I feel this is not bad planning and service when I have to wait almost 3 months for the cable and now wait again for a router. Shocking service vodacom.
I have been buying coca-cola original taste for all my life and now i can find it anywhere in the 2lt bottles. I have phoned their customer survice number 0860112526and they tell me to phone their sales department to find out where i can get the original taste coke in a 2lt and they inform me that they dont make original taste and i must phone the customer survice number and complain to them. I feel that how can coca-cola just take 2lt original taste of the maket. If i want original taste coke it should be my choice to buy it and not buy original taste less sugar. I have met number of customers that are not happy with this action and i feel coca-cola should listen to the customers at the shops. There is nothing better than original tasting coke. I can taste the difference between the cokes straight away. Lets see what coke has to say about this but i am not a happy customer
Game Bay West store has a sale on a KIC fridge. So i went in to go buy the fridge and when i got the they said they dont have stock. They can order me 1 from Cape Town and it will take a week and a half to get the fridge, which is unexpectable. Then I said i would take the floor unit and they gave me a R300 discount. But my question is why have a special running and you dont have stock of the item on special. This is not how to run a business. Everytime I come to game there is a problem of some way or another.
Bought fish nuggets and chips for a 5 year old child and in the 3 fish nuggets there were more than 17 bones. <br> They saw we were buying for a child and should have warned us. Unacceptable.
Arrived at shop. No sales person to assist. Security officer went and called someone. Person who cane could not help me and all staff from that section were off. When asked for manager the manager was also unavailable had to wait 10-15 min for him. Once item found there was a price problem which took 30 min to sort out. As price quoted was incorrect. This whole incident took an hour to sort out and it should have taken no more than 10 min to purchase an item.
